I ordered jannah pants £26:99 from villamora. When they arrived they looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. The material was terrible you wouldn’t pay £1 for them. Trying to return them is a nightmare. You have to email them and wait for a code to send back to China which you never get. You have to pay p&p to China or you get offered 75% credit code and you then can keep what you ordered!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SIGHT IT IS a SCAM!!!!!!

Vilamora is definitely a scam,I sent a review to trust pilot,reply from Vilamora was contact them,I tried they don't reply to emails,phones are cut off,my garment was awful not what I ordered,expected to return to China,I want a refund,I can supply picture of the item,why should I pay expensive postage,I don't know how they're getting a way with it,I'm sure the TV consumer programs will be very interested in what's going on.

Nope, not satisfied.

Oh dear. Like others, I wish I'd read the reviews earlier. No idea the garment was being sent direct from China. It took several weeks (presumably because it was knitted to order). Or that buyer would have to pay postage for returns. Once, that is, return was 'approved'. Quality not great of sweater, no label describing the material used (acrylic). My local charity shop will now benefit, but I'd rather not have been beguiled by a classy website and bought sweater in the first place.

Buyers beware

Ordered a wool-blend oversized coat with a wide collar as shown in the listing. The item I received was predominantly polyester, included a hood instead of a collar, and had a noticeably different fit and fabric quality. The overall cut and material did not match the advertised description or photos.
The merchant only offered a refund if I returned the item internationally at my own expense, or store credit. Buyers may want to review the material details and return terms carefully before purchasing.

Buyer beware of this company

Avoid this company please do not order from this company they are scammers i just wasted £80 on a coat, the quality was really bad and it was bad fitting there was a strip of velcro at the top of one sleeve which wasn't use for anything but it did cover a hole i asked for refund which they have ignored making an excuse they want to see a photo of the coat please listen to this text and don't order anything from them

Items not as advertised

Items took ages to come, absolutely nothing like advertised and quality so cheap. Wanted to return obviously, and told the best they could do was 50% refund or store credit even though states on website you can return. Eventually agreed to full refund. Customer service was very friendly but items are not as advertised so be aware.

I am very dissatisfied with the outfit…

I am very dissatisfied with the outfit I bought. It looks very nice on the photos ut in reality the fabric is not what I expected, very cheap quality. I have contacted them to assist me for the return/refund but the only think they did was asking me questions and to send them photos which i did. They still didnt instruct me where to return the item in order to process my refund.This looks very strange to me.

Avoid at all costs

Purchased an item but it didn’t arrive on time, I returned the item to the original postal address and didn’t receive my refund. Scam artists as they’re buying poor quality goods and selling them for nothing near what they’re worth.

Avoid this website – extremely unprofessional.
Returning an item has been a nightmare. After sending the item back, the company stopped responding entirely. No replies, no support, and no way to get in touch.
Blocking or ignoring customers after a return is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about this business’s integrity. I regret ordering from here and would not recommend this website to anyone.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, I very much regret not reading the countless reviews from people who have had the same experience as me before purchasing the terrible quality clothing from Vilamora.

The dresses I bought are not what is shown on their website. They are made with low quality fabric and poor fit. I immediately contacted the company to arrange a return as per the instructions on their website but they have not even acknowledged the request. Surely this is a breach of their contract with their customers. As this appears to be a repeated issue, is it not possible to take action? They are conning people into giving the company money in return for falsely advertised goods and then breaking their terms and conditions.

Website advertising hassle free returns!!!

No proper refund policy. To get a refund you have ti return to China at your own expense!
Or get a credit note. My purchase was such poor quality and advert misspelling the product who would want a credit note with a company as poor as this one is.

If I could give -5stars I would.
Very mislead returns policy, why is it that these businesses can be so fraudulent and get away with it😡
Also the jacket I ordered was nothing like the one advertised in the picture! Both the fabric and the sewing were cheap tat!!

Terrible product, terrible service.

I too would give zero if I could - the 2 shirts I ordered were completely different than the ones I chose and terrible, ugly fabric. I have so far had no success in contacting the company for a refund. Is there a way that potential customers can be warned of this when they search and look at their website ?
