Absolutely horrible product. Order not what it looks like from the online shop. Very cheaply made. Ordered an X-Large & it’s not - sleeves are way to short for it to be an X-Large. Zipper doesn’t work!! DO NOT BUY!! (Under amour product)

False advertising, long delay on goods and when requesting a refund they challenge you with the same message each time and ignore your request.

The business is Chinese and is either a scam or made to order which is not outlined in the product. Poor service and no goods nearly 12 weeks later!!

Avoid at all costs!!!!

I paid $50 for an item of clothing. They sent a completely different item. I emailed to complain and asked for my money back. They said “it is perfectly normal for items to be slightly different from the ones advertised”! They refused to return my money.

If you need a crappy yet expensive cleaning cloth buy their clothes. Terrible faulty quality and they don't stand by their products. DONT BOTHER.

Wish I would have looked into this company a little more before ordering. Took my money and stopped replying to emails after three weeks of waiting. Now their website is down and no contact or jacket. I even told them if they treated me right I was going to come onto this site and leave them a glowing review. Now they can go F themselves. I've filed a fraud complaint with my bank so hopefully I can recover my money.

I'm gonna be honest, I saw the leather jacket and I was sold. I bought it because I liked the look of it. I thought that the company was American and might use a different size table than EU uses? So I went ahead and measured myself and then ordered a brown leather jacket fitting to their size table of a 2XL.

After I had ordered it, I went onto trust pilot and read stuff about scams and whatnot, so I wasn't really expecting much..

When I bought it I knew I wasn't getting real leather for such a cheap price, no way.

I ordered the jacket and got a confirmation email on the order, but things seemed odd. A tracking number was a part of the order but I did not get one, I asked and was told I would receive one within 6 work days. In the order confirmation email, it stated I could track my order through a link, which just brought me to a page that showed my address so that was filling me with confidence right? Anyways, I set myself to just wait and see what happened preparing for the worst. Meanwhile I think the staff of villainoutwear does not talk together, because two different guys from Villainoutwear actually contacted me on email saying they had seen me look at the jacket and that I should definitely go buy it with an extra discount.. I told them I had already bought it and asked when I would receive it, where through the answers I got, quickly concluded that they were just going off a script as they half-answered my questions through what looked like copy-paste messages.. So fast forward I get an email with a tracking number that has a link on it. Click the link and I get to a tracking website with nothing on it. Tried to copy the link from the email but that just copied the actual link and not the tracking number it was disguised as.. Fair enough, wrote the number manually and pasted it in. First I got a bit of a red flag. I could see my order was getting prepped for going outbound.. Funnily enough, it was in china though.. A bit odd considering it states on villainoutwear's website that they are based in America and they build and ship from America and France.. But 7 days later I figure I would check the tracking number and sure enough it was "in transit". 7 Days later again (i think?) It arrived today.

I got the leather jacket and it looks a little bit different.. It is a bit more of a darker brown color than what it is on their website, I presume that's because fake leather? The two zippers on the front left chest of the jacket don't have pockets in them, but I can live with that. I was expecting the wrinkly sleeves like in the picture, but in any case I just got to roll up my sleeve a little..

To Summarize
I ordered a leather jacket
I felt like the staff sales team did not know what communication was, or something at least was odd in that regard.
I got the jacket which only has a slight "issue" with the sleeves/wrinkles but can easily be fixed by rolling up the sleeves ever so slightly. The jacket is a good bit darker brown than in the picture, but it doesn't really bother me. Worst case scenario I'll wrap it in some leather fat or some sort of brown coloring, but as stated, it doesn't really bother me as of current. I wanted the jacket because I really liked the look of it, and I got pretty much what I expected. I'm actually quite happy with it, it's nice, warm, comfy, has whatever is stated on the website I think? and I don't really have anything to complain about.. It's "customizable" with the hoodie. I like to have it on..
If I find anything from Villainoutwear that I like I might buy from there again. I am really really picky though with what I wear, so we'll see.

To follow up a couple of days later, I can say that it is not warm. I still like it, but I can say for certain that you cannot wear it in cold weathers and especially not in freezing temperatures.

Not leather, super misleading, does not look like advertised

Facebook is guilty as well as they got money from this scam company, they have been promoting this scam company with no phone number just an email addres that they respond after 1 day or at all.

this is a scam. dont order from this website. whatever jacket they have marked as $80 is really worth about $20 MAX. not real leather, fake pockets, zipper gets stuck all the time, very poor quality, smaller sizing (even after using the chart), will not ever be coming back to order here.

Good God DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I made the mistake of getting something from a Facebook Ad for them. The 2 jackets were way too small (after using their sizing chart mind you), when I contacted them to just exchange the jackets for 1 size larger, even offering to pay for the shipping, they refused. My own fault for not doing my due diligence I guess, but I want to save you from making same mistake.

This company is a scam. You don't get what you expected. Everything is sent from China. If you order xl, it will fit someone being medium. The quality is below the worst.
Most advertising on Facebook is bad as companies like this one.

The name should give the game away. They are obviously villains. Saw their adverts in FB Messenger, one day sale adverts every day....
I liked the look of some of the jackets. Decided to check them out here as I am unusually tall and slim build, I wanted to get the right size first time. If they won't take return items I will not touch them with a barge pole. Warned off before money spent.

Jacket came. It’s nice don’t get me wrong. But it’s not exactly what was in the picture, and it’s clearly a knock off of another brand. Buy from the actual vendor that the pictures are stolen from. 2 stars cause I like it anyways, but again, it’s not exactly as pictured.

I've bought a lot of stuff out of the country and everything is always poor quality, I wold say not to seek outside of here but try to find things here cause I've lost "money"!!! so check reviews and blogs before you jump.

Only cause I have to give them one star to write this review.. BEWARE! Took my money and no product. Do not buy from these people. Tried contacting them 4 times. Was sent a generic response trying to sell me more stuff. Reporting to bbb.

I bought 2 different styles ( the 3rd should be on the way ) from them. I was fooled by the photos and ordered 3 jackets at once. here is my input

- the photos on their website are misleading.
The actual quality of leather is so inferior to what the photos imply. Leather is much thinner than depicted in the photos and definitely not genuine.
- The colors are off ( brown ) . It's more of a reddish brown not really brown.
- The size is smaller than expected. If u insist on buying , buy one size up. I usually wear Large which I ordered but it fits like a Medium

I ordered a Everstone Hooded Jacket × 1 Army Green / L on 2020-12-14. When it arrived 27 days later it was a Medium and I ordered a Large. The company will not return my emails first inquiring about an exchange then after examining the jacket I discovered shoddy workmanship in the stitching. The threads were coming out. I sent another email asking for a refund and they have yet to respond to any of my emails. Apparently the only way to contact is via email) -villainoutwear.com is a total scam and ripoff.
