I ordered a “handcrafted” Celtic cross…

I ordered a “handcrafted” Celtic cross only to have the product drop-shipped from China and it never arrived. Shipped with China mail, and reached California a month later. The day after it arrived LA it magically showed delivered to Miami.

I repeatedly contacted customer support and they have refused to help using the foreign postal service tracking as confirmation that it delivered.

Think twice before ordering.
If handcrafted it’s handcrafted in China.
The customer service is unlikely to help of the Chinese shipment doesn’t arrive.
