Wayne and team were quick and effective. Found the fault and rectified it within minutes.

DO NOT HIRE — extremely unprofessional and unsafe. On multiple occasions, days went by with no one showing up and no explanation or updates provided. I was left chasing constantly and given inconsistent information, which was frustrating and misleading.

My garage roof was left off for two days during heavy rain, leaving electrical sockets and electric goods completely exposed to water to the point of them not working anymore. Damage caused to my property was never properly addressed.

I was particularly concerned about how asbestos was handled — it was broken up and left unbagged on my driveway for weeks, creating a serious health and safety risk.

The work that was completed was poor, and parts later came away from the house, creating real safety risks. Overall, this company showed a complete lack of professionalism, care, and basic duty of care. Based on my experience, I strongly urge anyone to think very carefully before hiring them.

Came out within 2hrs of my call, cold messy job fixing a broken mains pipe under a block paved path, more tricky than first thought but weren't phased and sorted that day.
Tidied up and replaced brickwork once weather permitted.

11 o clock Sunday evening ... -4° and freezing and my outside tap pipe splits. Water going everywhere and l cannot turn it off. It's also freezing over so turning into an ice skating ring. My water meter was spinning ...
Phonecall to Wayne and within half an hour he and his mate are there.
Water is turned off, pipe replaced and all made good. Tidy, efficient and professional.

Had what to me was a fairly major blockage that 2-3 people had looked at. Wayne and Nobby weren’t to be defeated and sussed out the problem and resolved it fairly quickly. Would definitely be my first call if i get similar issues and want to be sure to get it sorted quickly.

I had a leak in my flat due to roofing works. Wayne and his team came out really quickly, diagnosed the problem straight away, and within 90 minutes the fix was in place. No fuss and no mess. Very polite and knowledgeable. They also spoke with the roofers and agreed a proper long term fix to the problem, which is being implemented as I write this review.
