Bad website mechanics, worse service
I ordered saddlebags using their browse by bike feature. They came and did not fit the bike. They would not pay for return shipping, even though their website states “you will receive a return label via email” and “retain the tracking number and use it for every correspondence with us”. Even after calling and stating this argument, they refused to pay return shipping on an exchange.

Great Experience
Order bags for my Husbands bike. We think they are going to look great. I did a lot of looking and these bags seem to be well made and the price was the best I could find for this type of quality. Needed to chat with a quick question and Andy was on line and answered everything we needed to know. Would highly recommend these bags and this company to anyone.
