Viking.co.uk

Viking.co.uk - Company uses DX Delivery service, which was failed twice on 2 pre-booked occasions, my Item never delivered with message sent "sorry,we missed you" in the middle of delivery slot..
Requested refund directly from the Company via e-mail displayed on PayPal page
Nobody even replied..Resolution center isn't responding..
Will never use Viking again, as not the Company, not the delivery service they use-DX delivery-just below the line of how real, reliable business needs to be running

Why are your delivery drivers so lazy

Why are your delivery drivers so lazy? Why would you leave a tyre outside a closed door, when another door is open that you could walk through and leave the tyre inside? Why park in a way that no one can drive past you when there's plenty of room to park out of the way?
These are questions I ask myself every day that the same things happen. It shouldn't take much effort to be considerate, but apparently to your drivers it does.
