really too slow

Hello, i order the vignette in the morning of my trip at 7 am on sunday morning
When i receive the confirmation at 4pm, but i had already cross austria to germany.
So i am disapointed that informatic system took so long. i will probabibly get fine. can at less you help me to write a message to austrian authority to explay the situation?

How annoying to hear that you are not satisfied with the service. We promise that if you request a vignette, it will be delivered the same day. If you are in a hurry, it is possible to make an urgent request. Then you will have your vignette within an hour. Since you did not request that, we have kept this agreement by delivering the vignette on the same day.
