Co-founder Unprofessional Behaviour
Unprofessional and inappropriate behavior by the co-founder, Nathan. When a client calls to report multiple furnishings not in working order upon moving in, such as light bulbs and dimmers, you rectify the issue immediately, even if you do not manage the property personally. You do not ask condescending questions like whether we have changed the bulbs and describe them as 'small issues' - even if you do not manage the property personally - when the contract formed by the company states all furnishings must be in good working order upon the tenant moving in. There was also no follow-up from Nathan as promised at the end of the call. I raised my concerns with the other co-founder and requested an apology for this behavior, but received no direct acknowledgement or apology about this behaviour. This is behaviour expected from a new employee - not a co-founder!
