What a nightmare! I'm looking for a small personal loan so I can consolidate my credit card debt. This company presented itself as a lending institute. I was asked how much money I needed and what I needed it for. After dealing with their bs questions for twenty minutes I finally got to the end where they were going to determine if was getting the loan or not. I was offeref a membership into a credit /debt club with monthly renewel for a dollar. I accepted it with every intention of canceling it when I got the loan...except our communication ended RIGHT THEN. There was no loan.

Okay, lesson learned. I immediately called to cancel my membership and ended up going round and round with what has to be the dumbest AI I have ever encountered. I said, 'cancel my account' and the bot replayed, "Okay, connecting you to roadside assistance."

This Twilight Zone bs went on for 15 or 20 minutes! I assume the robot was programed to do this in hopes I would get frustrated and hang up. As far as I'm concerned, no legitimate company would use a ploy like that or at least not to that extent.

Final word: AVOID VIEWFREESCORE.COM like the plague.

They charged me $39.90. I was in a free trial period and couldn't log in for a week at all, and they charged me $39.90. I called them to request a refund for this but it was a computer voice. They wouldn't complete my request. I emailed them. Didn't heard anything back. Couldn't log in til about 10 mins ago, I was able to log in. ODD! And this guy samuel on live chat said he would cancel my membership but wouldn't process a refund. Scam. They took my money for nothing. SCAM. Stay away from View free score.

Will not let me cancel online even though it says to cancel login to your account. It just keeps popping up saying for me to update my credit card info. Why pay $39 for a credit score I can get free some where else.

Paid the $1.00 On 9/8/23 went on line could no get my beacon score or a full report called them next day keep me on hold rep. never came back.
I called on 9/13/23 to cancel took a half hour then talk to a rep. tried to negotiate the rate down and I didn't want any offering just a cancellation. Today 9/16/23 they charged my CC $39.90 called again on phone over 45 minute and rep. said she will cancel today but no credit because rep. said I missed by one day. Not true they play games the company is BAD BAD to do business.

I signed up for a membership but could not get my credit score or dispute credit report I see that there was a security breach in my personal information was leaked out please have someone contact me ASAP about this I would like for the representative Emmanuel to contact me

Do not pay $1 to this scam! I called within my 7 days to cancel and they charged me $39.90 for 2 months before I caught it. I wrote in my calendar the date I called to prove I did cancel it. When you call customer service they talk you in loops and ask you to look through your email. They try to keep you on the phone with a very nice representative for as long as possible. This is a total scam.

If i could give negative stars i would but unfortunately it is not an option but it is needed one. The company Charges a $1.00 to view score and debt to income percentage.does not state membership or free trial but hours later bills $39.99 for membership but when calling to cancel said membership they don't answer or drop the call just before anything is final. Bank has stated this is one of the most know fraudulent charge files they have and would rank it in the top 5 easily. Will be having to contact attorney to get this taken care of since the phones they have always seem to randomly hang up just before finalizing any complaints or cancelations. It's hard to keep calling after 17 times of being dropped or hung up on

i tried to check my score and they tried to charge me when free is in the name and i clicked a button that said check credit score for free. just use credit karma.

Don't sign up for this account. They never verified my identity but still were trying to have me keep an account where no information could be viewed. Canceling your membership with this company is like pulling teeth. They will go from $30 a month all the way down to $5 a month just to keep your subscription and in 6 different steps/offers. Like man, just cancel my membership. I am not sending free money to anyone. And if you can try to charge me $5 to stay, why not just pay that in the first place. I do not recommend. Use a site like Experian or through your bank or credit card company and pay the extra to see all of your credit profiles and use their credit monitoring services. This place is very sketchy.

If I could give this fraudulent company a 0 I would. They are a scam, Thankfully my bank caught it. I didn't authorize this service. It's a shame that these companies exist.

They charged me $1 to see my score which us free then a week later it has it as a recurring bill so you have to cancel it not a one time thing on top of that it charged me $39.99 the 2nd time it’s ridiculous and scamming at its finest worst part is you know they have you're account information now..

Wow nothing but bad reviews. There's a lot of no good going on in the world today and y'all are a big part of it. The world is full of evil and wicked people. I wanted to curse y'all but said a prayer instead.

I paid $1 for free credit report it never said anything about a $39.90 charge on my debit card later. That is stealing and I wish I could prosecute them. They will no return $39.90. And what is the $39.90 for anyways ? Like what do I get, I guess membership in their club who got screwed trying to get a loan and they scam you for your little money you had to make ends meet now no loan and $39.90 less to make ends meet, sorry POS they are kick a man when he is down

SCAMMERS!!! DONT THROW AWAY $40. Too bad I couldn't give a negative star. I tried canceling and getting back what they charged the same day they charged it. (about 99% of the companies will give it back) Argued with a rep via their messaging system, got the run around, denying the refund. Then gave the false hope that i could get my refund but i didnt get anything. (I took a screenshot of the statement) Messaged back another day and she said my request was denied (I was not informed), she was going to resubmit my vlaim again. I asked will I be notified if it's denied and she said unfortunately no.

I went to website to try and cancel a charge that I dont even remember allowing, and the operator tried selling me about 4 different times. Big time scam. Be aware.

They are scammers. I got credit score but did not give my credit card info. They must have used the info from the loan place I was applying to and took it using my routing and acct number from loan. Stay far away or you will be charged $40 after a few days...

Got charged the $40 the day AFTER the 7 day trial period. . How convenient. I did not receive the "welcome" email they kept trying to get me to look up..didn't get ANY of the 3 emails they said they sent. Had to call three times because kept getting hung up on when I tried to cancel. Did finally get someone who spoke english (sort of) and received cancellation confirmation. Took 5 times to get person to stop trying to sell me the service. HORRIBLE experience. Do not get scammed into this!!!!
