0 stars. Took months to get my order, and they shipped the wrong and horribly made products. Turns out it was their knockoff version of clothing in which they stole intellectual property photos from other sites. You will not get close to what is pictured. One place they stole from was elven forest. I let them know. I hope something will be done.

Never received the $200 worth of stuff purchased. Unable to track package with post office without a tracking number and the number supplied is not from USPS

First of all, I ordered on October 21st $130 worth of items. 5 different pairs of leggings (all very different) and a sweatshirt snap up long jacket. I emailed them back and forth for months and finally demanded my money back right after Xmas when the items still hadn’t arrived. I get that the postal service is delayed, but 2 months is crazy. I assumed my stuff was lost, but they wouldn’t refund me because they said it was still in transit. Fast forward another almost month and my items arrived today (Jan12 2022). Not 1 item was even close to what I ordered. They actually sent me 3 of the same exact leggings and did not send me the other 3 at all. The jacket was worst of all. Looks nothing like the picture…style, material, fit….completely comical how far from the pic it looks. So disappointed, but shame on me for not looking up their reviews ahead of time. I would have NEVER ordered from them. Lesson learned the hard way!

Wish I had checked here first! Ordered 4 things: t-shirt sent was wrong design, nylon and nasty; Capri pants advertised as linen were nasty nylon blend; two necklaces received, one actually okay and as ordered, the other has chips and air bubbles in the acrylic, so too damaged to see properly/wear. I have asked to return them, expect to be much messed around now.

I spent over £160 pounds on their clothing. The boots were cheap badly sown plastic And the wrong size. And all the clothing was nylon, and so badly sewn, made in China rubbish. In short I sent all the items back as requested, but did not receive any refund at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE SELLING CHEAP TAT, AT EXTORTIONATE PRICES.NOTHING LIKE THEY SHOW .And they do not refund your money, they get you to send it all back at very high postage costs, and they sell it to the next poor trusting idiot.

If I could give this a 0 I would.
6 of the 7 items I that ordered were completely different from what I received. They stated that I would need to pay for return shipping and then they would only refund me a fraction of what I paid. They sent me 3 of the same pants I did not order. Even these were sewn badly. They told me to keep them and resell them myself. They stated that they work so hard and that because of this I should keep them.

I am working through Pay Pal to hopefully get my money back.

On the website the address says it is in the UK so I thought I was safe. But this is co. is in China.

Please do not order from this co. They are fraudulent.

Ordered what appeared to be funky, hippy type items. What arrived were cheap, shiny leggings that you wouldn't pay a fiver for and low quality boots in the wrong colour.
I contacted Viewern and was advised that it wasn't their mistake, but their suppliers and that as returning the items would be costly, advised me to sell the items and they would issue a 10% refund. Obviously, this is a ridiculous solution and no one in their right mind would buy the items knowing what they are.
The issue is ongoing, I will update.

The most disgusting and appalling company I ever had to deal with, as per every other review here I never got what I ordered and what I did receive was garbage, of the lowest quality, cheap fabrics I would not touch with a stick!
The same reply to my complaint as everyone else got, no chance of getting refund, stay away, don't ever buy anything from them!!!!

Absolutely worst experience. They send the wrong item and then they won't send you the right on only refund you partially or you have to ship it back on your expenses. DO NOT SHOP THERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

I feel that giving one star is too generous.
The worst SCAM site on the net. The clothes look designer, at their online shop, but in fact they send you the lowest quality clothes, that look like a 6 year-old sewed it, using the cheapest fabric on planet Earth.
You cannot return them, you only get offered a 10% refund, or the option to send them back to China, costs around $40, which is not worth it , since the clothing cost me $38.
The SCAMMERS know this, and are getting away with it, every time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!! This is what happens when you order 2 items from Viewern and they send you the wrong product for one, and the other is not as depicted in the advertisement. This is the exact copy/paste from the response I got (and, yes, it said, "Dear," - not even my name after "Dear"):

Scam took the money never got the clothing

Don't order from this company took forever to get here comes from overseas! Then when i finally got it looked nothing like what i order super poor quality ....very unhappy plus they wouldn't refund my money informed it would probably be lost in sending it back. Buyer Beware!!!!!

Another person scammed. Ordered and got completely the wrong thing then when asked for return and refund was given the spill that it’s due to pandemic and only can give 10% back. I’m disputing the charge thru my credit card company now. If that doesn’t work I’ll do the same through PayPal. These drop ships sites just are crap!

The worst experience I've ever had buying in a shop. The clothes look nice at the shop, but in fact they are low quality chinese clothes, and you cannot return them, you can only get a 10% refund (20% after you say again that you want you return them) or send them back to China paying an expensive fee.

DONT Order from here. Looks lovely then cheap stuff comes instead. Offered 10 % back but at least managed to get them to refund 20%

I am so angry about this company, I received poor quality stuff I didn't order. Waited over 2 month and now I am fighting for my money back.

I payed with PayPal, and got all my money back without sending the items back to them. So I have the money and the cloth to clean my house with till the end of my live :/

Can I rate any lower?? If so I definitely would! I was most excited for my £90 order to arrive. However only I item was what I ordered, the rest vulgar tacky clothing I'd rather burn than wear. Discusting. I was told can't I give it to a friend? I don't shop for myself often, can't afford to. So no do not be persuaded by the lovely clothes they offer, it's not what you get!!!!

This company is garb! I fully agree with all the other reviews. My order was completely wrong! And the clothes are cheap garbage and don't look anything like the pics! Scam!
