Major scam, first the card payment system doesn't work. So, they redirect us via the chat support for a payment through PayPal in "friends and family" mode (which doesn't cover us for friend-to-friend transactions). Therefore, the refund process will be much more complex but not impossible. DO NOT buy ANYTHING from them, their free trial is the only thing that works, the rest you will NEVER get! AVOID THIS SITE.

Enorme arnaque, déjà le système de paiement par carte ne fonctionne pas. Donc, il nous ramène via le support chat pour un paiement par PayPal en mode "ami" (qui ne nous couvre pas les achats entre amis). Donc, la démarche de remboursement sera bien plus complexe mais pas impossible. N'achetez RIEN chez eux, leur test gratuit est le seul truc qui fonctionne, le reste, vous ne l'aurez JAMAIS ! They are scammer !!! they take my money and i receive nothing

After paying for the service I didnt actually get anything then after talking to the live chat I got a message saying "Your package has been assigned to your account. Our bot panel needs some update which will be done in the next few days, but in the meantime you won't be able to see your package there unfortunately. Your bots will be sent to your each stream automatically during that time unless you request otherwise :)" DONT LET THE TRIAL THEY GIVE YOU MAKE U THINK ITS REAL

Dont ever use this website service at all. Scam and took your money
