I would like to apologise VietsWay. 7 and a half years ago I bought a small Easter Island Moai necklace which never arrived and I wrote a stinging review as I thought I'd been scammed. However 2 days ago I received the necklace in a battered packet which was indeed posted on 11 February 2019. It was as I had ordered. LOST BY THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT FOR OVER 7 YEARS. Not the fault of VietsWay. I would have given 5 stars but communication about the issue was not good and they made no offer of replacement at the time.

Please void this company, they will scam you! I made a purchase on 20th June 2026 order number #3822 the order cost £23 and they requested an additional £20 for delivery which I paid for. The total cost £43.
On 30 June they sent me an email with the tracking number RR652096629VN which does not exist. I have written communication with the mail provider that this tracking number is invalid and have screenshot conversation and sent it to vietsway. I requested for a valid reference number everyday since then. On 8July they responded with with yet another fake tracking number LA652096629VN using another postage provider USPS. I requested for a full refund and they have not responded. I contacted my bank and they said I need to gather all written email correspondences and forward it to them after a month. Please avoid this company as they will take your money, ask for additional devery fee and send you fake tracking numbers!
