I have had such a pleasant experience with Top Trend hair Vietnam! The moment I messaged Lea, she was great. She Gave me all the information I was looking for before I got a chance to ask! Her service was prompt and efficient. They provided pictures and videos of the hair wet and dry. They were even willing to set up video call to see the factory and where the hair is made. I was sent a video of mu hair before they shipped it. I made a wig with my bundles, and dyed the hair jet black. I ordered 2 X 26, 2 x 24 and 20 inch 5X5 closure in the wavy texture. I washed the hair with Olaplex clarifying shampoo, and silicon mix as the conditioner. Once the hair air dried it was soooo soft, beautiful waves. The closure is perfect, and has the smallest knots! The hair does tangle when the hair is dirty! I find raw hair has to be washed at least once a week rotating with a co-wash and a regular wash. Ordering, depending on the total of your order they may ask you to pay through Remitly, but it is not a scam! They will send your hair!! I have had no complaints. I will definitely order again!

They are really great to work with and the delivery was within a month which is fast considering how far it travelled.

I am a black American woman and the raw straight bundles blended very well with my 4b/4c hair! I had my sew in for 3 months & hair is doing amazing. I get endless compliments on the hair.

I asked if the hair would arrive before a certain date, and they told me it would. Instead, it arrived a week later, so it took a total of three weeks.

Second, the hair I received looks nothing like the reference photos I sent them. When I mentioned this, they just told me it would look better after washing it.

Third, the quality is terrible. I ordered loose curls, but there is barely any curl pattern. The hair is extremely dry, and I can't even get a brush through it.

And to make things worse, once you complain, they stop responding completely. I would definitely not recommend buying from them.
