Completely satisfied with the showroom personnel and the information and assistance provided to help me make my purchase.
Delivery was made as scheduled and on time. Delivery personnel were very professional and respectful. Assembly was done in a timely manner with care for my property. Likewise all trash was removed along with my discarded bed.
My only negative was the delivery personnels lack of knowledge regarding how to operate the controls for the new bed.
Otherwise I was very pleased with store and delivery personnel. As well as the product purchased.

Our salesman spent plenty of time with us answering all of our elementary questions. He had us lay on multiple mattresses so we could feel the differences. Our sales person asked appropriate questions to guide us into the right direction. He showed us the small sample mattress so we could see how each type was constructed. It was a no pressure sale. We left the store went home thought about it and came back and purchased it two weeks later

Phenomenal all the way around! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and ready to assist with any questions I had, but they also gave me space with no pressure to buy. I intentionally waited ~4 months from purchase before posting a review to ensure the mattress truly lived up to expectations, and it has exceeded them. If you want quality, start here--it's worth every penny and a great experience from start to finish.

Not the usual mattress experience…in the most positive way

Everyone in Urban Mattress has been extremely helpful. After having researched thoroughly the information on the ViSpring mattress and box, I ordered the mattress by phone. I still had questions because this was a major investment, and I did not want to make a mistake, but could not check things out myself because of the pandemic. All my questions were answered promptly and accurately. I was told that it would take 8 to 10 weeks to arrive, and the mattress and box arrived before time. The installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. soon thereafter. And after all the hard work of carrying the mattress and box upstairs, and our old bed downstairs the two young men then presented us with a bottle of wine! I call this a stylish delivery! We heard about Urban Mattress on Nextdoor! They came highly recommended….so we checked them out! We had purchased a mattress Aug. of ‘21 from Dream Cloud….although comfortable, it was already collapsing….so it IS getting returned! The salesman at Urban were informative and NOT pushy, which was a wonderful thing…surprisingly my husband and I agreed pretty quickly on a mattress….and bought it! More $$ then I thought my husband would ever pay…but he was happy with the service and said he had “no qualms” purchasing there! It was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule and can’t wait to sleep on it tonight!

I had a very pleasant and professional experience working with Nathaniel to select and order a new queen mattress and frame. We had a problem with getting the frame into our upstairs and that was quickly fixed by getting a split frame. The entire process was smooth and we look forward to sleeping on the mattress tonight.

As always, Nathaniel and his crew at Urban Mattress sell the best mattresses (and pillows!!!!) and their service is always first rate. Our 4th Urban Mattress and our 9 & 10th pillows - all of which we still own and use!

Love this mattress! After trying two other mattresses from other stores I found Urban Mattress. I was looking for a Latex mattress that was supportive and pressure relieving- this is it! Very comfortable and excellent service!

Buying a mattress is very personal and is something that is used a long time and can impact your sleep, thus your health. I had searched for months before learning about Urban Mattress. Greg was great. He knew the product and was very professional, not pushy and very calming to work with. My previous 8 year old mattress gave me a horrible backache and I dreaded going to bed and having to get up. After being educated at Urban Mattress, I selected the Camilla. It was delivered 3 weeks ago. When I lay down the first night I felt like I was laying on pure luxury and went to sleep quickly and had the best night I had had in years. No backache! I now love to go to bed and I wake up refreshed with no backache at all. I love, love the mattress. It may be a bit more expensive than some but it has a 100 night test time and a 15 year warranty and Urban is family owned so I trust them more than the big box mattress stores. The only downside is you really cannot sit on the side but Greg made me aware of that before I made my final selection. I highly recommend this company and have already recommend it on NextDoor and to friends. The guys that delivered were great also. Thanks Urban Mattress for making my sleep awesome!

Nathaniel Hoelk (Owner) and Greg Hall (Sleep Guru) were super friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. Greg explained the differences between the mattresses, made recommendations based on my requirements, answered all my questions, worked with me to ensure that I didn't go over my budget, and helped me obtain financing. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for a mattress.
