This is a scam!!! Buyer beware, I wished I had done more research. I spent $72 on this site, and was so excited as I tracked my order, when the package arrived it was a cheap ring that I didn’t order, Of course they have not answered my emails 🤷🏾‍♂️, and I have not been able to get a refund from cashapp,
I have learnt an old lesson “ if it appears too good to be true, then believe it’s not true”!! I hope that the FTC stops them from contacting customers in the USA.

Vibegal is a scam it's been 2 months and I haven't received my package.Its sad how China does Americans citizens scamming us out our money this isn't making America Great again stealing from us

It’s been two months and I’ve not received my order. $280!!! When I call for my money back they said all sales are final! Not cool! What is #oldnavy doing about this scam using their brand name?!?! The only reason I bought from them was because it said it was Old Navy but it shows up Vibegals! SCAMMERS GET A DAMN JOB AND STOP TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!!!

Scam of the highest order...they do not deserve half a star for a review. Beware and not fall for them. They'll send you fake tracking information and show you your package has been delivered...guess what all lies and fake

Never received anything they were going by the name of Old Navy. Vibegal showed up on an email and checking my bank statement there's a totally different name. ALL A BIG SCAM. $37.15. So Mad!!!!!

Yes it is a scam! I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one because they tried to bill it a month later for the same amount. Do not order from these people! What is the Old Navy doing about this! They made it look like they were affiliated.

DO NOT buy from Viegal or Frigirl or Dimpink. I guess they are all the same company scamming people. I ordered from the company under the alias of Viegal. This is my second time writing a review because this time they have officially stolen my money AND product. Per my previous bad review the PRODUCT IS AWFUL and they would not respond to my request to return the product. After blasting them on their Instagram posts warning buyers to not buy their crap and exposing their sizing and return scam and blasting their Facebook account (which they deleted the negative feedback) and emailing them every day, multiple times a day for two weeks they finally responded to my request and gave me an address to send the product to. It was only $16 to return to CHINA, which would be worth getting my $143 back.
Well the product was delivered over three weeks ago and they have NOT refunded my money. I’ve emailed and emailed and no response. Even if they say they will take the product back and refund your money they won’t. Basically DO NOT expect to get your money ever! Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total joke of a company. They don't tell you the clothes are coming from China. So when you email them regarding returns (because the clothes are awful quality) they tell you that you can either pay to return them to China or pay $10 and exchange them for something else on their website.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. This company should be out of business. It’s a scam! I ordered two items. I hadn’t received after more than a month, so I messaged them on messenger and emailed customer service. The response I got on messenger said the items were shipped and I would have in two days. I then received a bogus tracking number. I still have not received (nor do I expect to at this point) the items.
I went on their Facebook page and put buyer beware comments on each of their posts, with an explanation. They deleted all of my comments and blocked me. Now I cannot contact them at all. I would like a refund, but I know that won’t happen. I reported them to Facebook, but I doubt anything will be done.
It was an expensive lesson. I wish I could warn people not to use them, but this review is all I can do.

Horrible! Received 2 dresses, both of inferior quality with visible tears in seams and faulty zippers. Contacted customer service and got no response for days. Finally they told me to send to someone else if we didn't want the dresses. Total ripoff! Do not waste your money on these clothes.

Horrible!! I ordered the same bathing suit in 2 sizes just in case. Neither fit me correctly and I reached out to return them. They took forever to respond and then ultimately said as compensation they would give me a 15% coupon on my next purchase. Also, didn’t know the products were from China so it took nearly 3 weeks to receive the products to begin with. Will never be buying from here again. I’m incredibly disappointed.

Just a heads up, Dimpink.com is probably the same as these sites as well. The important question is, where are the real sites that these companies are knocking off from?

First off I didn’t know the clothes were coming from China. Second I have sent email after email requesting directions on how to return what I bought and they don’t respond. DONT order from them. They are horrible

This is the WORST company EVER!!! Do NOT buy from them!! They are SCAM the clothes are NOTHING like what they advertise!! Took over a month to receive product all ran terribly small!! Contacted to send back they offer discount on more junk or suggested I try to sell... why would I sell TRASH to someone else?!?!

This company is a scam! DO NOT PURCHASE! Based in China and they must think American women are enormous gargantuan beasts! I ordered 3 pairs of jeans medium and they're sizes are not accurate or true to the their chart. I received a XXL which fit my 6'2" 210 lbs. boyfriend and I'm 5'1" 130lbs. You can only imagine the swimming I would be doing in those! I've been trying to get an exchange for items I bought for a week now to no avail and I can't get a return address, live person (because there is no phone number available/or return address on their site), or a straight answer through email! In fact they offered me a 15% discount, which is what they already offer on their website and or to give it to someone else and, I guess, I just take the loss!? Then they said via email if I have any problems to contact them...Isn't that what I've been doing for the past week!? Unprofessional, nonexistent, rip off site, poor quality, and bad bad people. Save your money, time, and frustration. NOT worth it! I never leave reviews but I felt, you, as the consumer should have a chance in getting something with quality for the hard earned money you make! Good Luck and boycott!

Same as Frigirl just a new name. Advertise by posting pictures of cute clothing. What you receive from their warehouse in Rancho Cordova is not the same. Then they ask you to mail the clothes back to china if you want to return at your own expense... not sure I want to invest another $70 after a $250 dollar expense that produced one usable item.
