As a content creator

As a content creator, I’ve been searching for an AI editing tool that could handle long-form footage and condense it into a short summary b-roll footage. VIDIO stood out as a rare gem, offering tools that work well for creators like me who make artistic, process-oriented videos.

The software itself has a lot of potential. It’s one of the few AI editors I’ve found that works well for non-traditional video types, like arts and crafts projects.

The highlight? Minseung, the CEO, was incredibly responsive and hands-on. Every time I emailed with an issue, he replied within hours—sometimes within minutes! That kind of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. He even adjusted features and lifted restrictions to meet my needs, demonstrating a real commitment to improving the platform.

There were some hiccups: occasional delays with downloads, some confusion around credit usage, and a couple of technical glitches. However, what truly stood out was how quickly Minseung responded to my emails—often within an hour or two. The team even rolled out new features and addressed specific concerns I raised, like improving download speeds and credit usage options.

This level of personal care and responsiveness is rare in software companies, especially for smaller businesses like Vidio. They’re clearly committed to improving their product and listening to customer feedback, which makes me excited to see where the platform goes.

If you’re a creator who works with longer footage or non-scripted videos, Vidio is worth trying. Just be prepared for a few bumps along the way and know that the support team will have your back.
