WOW what a con, I signed up on their $16/month you get nothing, have to upgrade again, I immeadiately cancelled and put it down to experience.,

I don't always find the videos relevant based on the search words.

Do not sign up for this site. They don’t let you cancel. I have been getting charges every month for the last 4 months. I have canceled and gotten cancellation confirmation 6 times within that timeframe. Yet I still get charged every month.

I paid for a subscription, but I cannot download files. I contacted support, and I received no answer. I want a refund.

I opened an account with Videvo in 2021. The account was never actually opened, its status remained "free", so I just forgot about it. Videvo, however, has been taking money from my Paypal account for 4 YEARS!! When I finally noticed it, I asked for a full refund and they denied it. They owe me $576. I opened a dispute with Paypal and they asked me to close it (pretty sure it's against Paypal rules), promising they would refund me only the last payment. Are these people for real?

I was happy to receive not only the solution I was hoping for but also an explanation as to what happened as well. Also, using the support email was very easy and the end result happened very quickly. Thank you!

The company offers quality stock footage and offers a yearly subscription at very good prices. The download speed and the site navigation interface are outstanding. Recommended.

Support? What support? I couldn’t download assets and all Videvo could do was open a new case each time I responded to their emails. Hopeless in the extreme.

This a scam. I purchased premium, but couldn't download any premium files.

A disaster since Freepik took over. You pay for Premium downloads and end up having to 'beg' for the paid-for credits to your account. You don't want to subscribe with monthly payments. If you have to, subscribe and use what you need and immediately unsubscribe. Or get ripped off.

I like everything on videvo . I only would request videvo team to add a request section to the site . This will help creators like me request for videos we are unable to find .

5 months ago I cancelled my subscription, for some reason it did not cancel it and has been charging me for 5 months.

2 days ago I try to cancel it again and it just says 'error cancelling subscription, please contact support'. So I stopped my card and contacted support directly.

2 days later and I receive no response yet, and they retried debiting my card 2 times again today.

Great sounds and favorable conditions. Sometimes a bit difficult for somebody to choose the right service. But Thanks, we will like to continue working with you.
