Many thanks to Gil who became my personal case handler, working hard and keeping me informed at every stage to resolve this issue. A 5 star performance but sadly can only give the company three due to my original experience.
Having a nightmare trying to return a poor quality product to this company. I was going on holiday so thought the easiest method would be to return through their click and collect store. I followed all the instructions, printed off the labels and provided the company with the full address and a date 72 hours in advance. They sent the driver to the delivery address (3 days later than I had specified) instead of the returns address, so he left without the parcel. I've been in correspondence with them every day for over a week. They keep asking me to specify a pick up address and print off new labels to attach to the items, despite repeatedly telling them the parcels are no longer in my possession and just need to be collected from their store. I requested the matter be passed to a manager who sent a short email to say they can't refund my money until I return the items. The level of incompetence is off the scale.

The pair of cushions I bought don't match in colour or quality. I contacted vidaXL who asked me for photos of the cushions and boxes which I sent. They agreed there was a problem and the representative told me that VidaXL would email me in 72 hours. I have had NO email regarding this matter. I have had no communication PLUS I have a pair of cushions I simply cannot use. Suffice it to say I shall never ever buy another item for vidaXL again nor shall I recommend them.

The item ordered from VidaXL arrived broken.
I sent VidaXL the " Withdrawal Form" and VidaXL wrote me an email saying that the carrier will pick up the item on May 4th.
No one came to pick up the item on May 4th.
VidaXL haven't done anything, is that the best VidaXL can do?

Hello everyone, I bought 2 months ago 3 items and I received only one. Following the request of refund, accepted by Vidaxl, they told me that the refund was issued. I contacted them 3 times and every time the assured me that they issued the refund, but I never received. Today, they told me that I have to provide the return receipt for for tracking the return packaged and process the refund. But if I never received the items how they pretended to issue the refund three times while I cannot give any proof of return since I never received the items??? I am going to report this situation everywhere till the end.

I purchased a table in VidaXL.pt in 29/10 and on 06/11 reached them to communicate that the product came with defect.
After several emails I could schedule the pick up, which was done on 16/11. The company fails to track the shipment and refuses to send the new product or give the refund.
I contacted the Cargo Company via telephone and they confirmed that the product was received by VidaXL.
Therefore, at this point, I neither have the product nor my money. The table was essential to my work due to the Covid situation.

I ordered a green screen which should be delivered in two different packages!
The delivery guy came and gave me only one parcel! At Monday 26th of October at noon!
I contacted Vidaxl Customer service just after the delivery! And told them the story in detail!
They came back via mail Tuesday 27th in the morning and said both packages was delivered!
The mail I got from customer service at Vidaxl imposed that I was lying!
From the website of Vidaxl’s I have a screen dump were its says that one parcel is still in the warehouse and the other parcel is on its way in the delivery car!
And that screen dump was taken after the supposed delivery!
Later on On the same website it stated that both packages was delivered!
I also drove for an hour Monday 26th to the transport company and spoke with a man who worked there and he showed me on his computer that the parcel that was missing was still in Madrid and I live in Portugal!
Today the 27th of October I drove again to the transport company !
They showed me the computer screen again and the parcel arrived in Portugal this morning and is going to be delivered at 3 o’clock today!
Vidaxl’s customer service didn’t even bother to check it up!
If Vidxl’s customer service had been service minded they should have checked were the parcel was!
So who is going to reimburse me for my cost of gasoline and time of doing Vidaxl’s job!
It has taken my nearly a day of trying to get hold of people to get an answer!
Why should I do vidaxl’s customer services job! When | am paying for the merchandise and transport! I am the customer!

Bad support and low product quality. I bought 2 chairs and a table for the garden. The wood on the chairs was painted only on the upper side making it unfit to the garden. I had to paint it myself. I also had an issue with the invoice that they refused to solve.
After reading your answer my complain remains the same. If the problem is the order billing address then you should give me the ability to change it because you didn't tell me this rule before I paid the order.
Given your answer my review should be lower than 1 if possible.
I will never buy anything else from you and I advise everyone to do the same.

Items arrived very late (+20 days), I would leave it alone and not complain about it considering the COVID difficulties, however, unlike most other companies, they withdrew the money from my account weeks before they have sent the items. So I spent weeks sending complaining emails and messages, and worrying if it was a fraudulent attempt. Not a good experience overall.

When you buy a product to assemble and you break or damage a part, they do not replace it, even if you pay for a new part.
Big fault. Came quick and not bad for the price. But it has a big weakness the attachment of the stay cords to the cover and frame is weak and tears.
