Unfair return policy
Purchased as a Christmas present and needed to return as it was cheap-looking and flimsy, but was told I couldn't as VidaXL has a 14 day return policy. This was not advertised and is particularly unfair around Christmas when people are buying items as gifts. Very unhappy with this experience, particularly given the price of the bird bath.

The fabric that was shipped with this item is very poor quality, it is folded and creased so badly that it is completely unusable as a photography backdrop, the stands are poor quality and cheaply made.
Over all I would not recommend this item at all!!

Ordered a kitchen dresser unit in solid raw pine ,hinges very poor quality on base and top unit ,dowel pegs could of been supplied with a small pack of wood glue ,2 drawers base unit only had one underneath support .wouldn't recommend buying due to poor quality .

Very poor package tracking service
Delivery information is very inaccurate. Tracking link will not work. I am informed that the item was delivered 2 days ago, then an email informs me that it will be delayed until yesterday, still no sign.
While the delivery information was disappointing, the customer service follow up was satisfactory.

Good price, I was surprised at the quality, the components they were really good and robust, the light black covering over parts not for view came torn, it was toolightfor the job, the covering of the chair itself was OK but seemed a little light and time will tell if it lasts long. Make the coveringws of better quality and they will sell many.

Poor quality product. Holes do not match up. Drawers do not fit properly despite many times attempting to readjust. One drawer closed and won't open.

I begin with saying that initially it…
I begin with saying that initially it was my fault I hadn't altered my old delivery address. I spotted it within minutes of ordering a TV unit and contacted Vida bot, then an actual agent. I was td this wasn't a problem and she would alter the delivery details. Roll on a few day and an apology email about delay of delivery..to old address!!!. I contacted them again and they them of error. I was informed it was ' too late' to stop delivery. Maybe they could do something when courier could not deliver 🤔 🤷..the courier left the parcel in neighbours. Bare in mind I am 2 hrs away from old address with no car of my own. So I had to arrange for an old friend to bring the parcel to their house and there it remains until such time as I can drive an hour to their place and pick it up courtesy of another friend..all because Vida could not alter my address minutes, approx 10 after I ordered..even though they said they had made the alteration. Not happy..never again!!

I have been offered a 30 euro refund which I have accepted. Maybe never say never!

Ordered a bed frame and headboard, on arrival no headboard. When I got in contact I was advised a new one would be sent. A week later a small box arrived with 2 small pieces in it. Got back in contact to be told that this was indeed the headboard, I pointed out that there was NO headboard and was again advised that this is the headboard?? I asked how I fit them and was then advised that they go onto the side of the headboard known as ears "which i didn't have".again I asked where is the back to be told that even doe the item was sold as a headboard, that it wasn't a headboard. I sent photos of what I received and what had been stated on the website as a headboard as they have since removed it. I was then offered a €15 credit note or €10 back into my account. The fitting instructions do not state that the headboard is sold separately. UPDATE im delighted to say that this matter has been resolved and I was given the pick of any headboard from there site. Thank you so much to Catalin who gave this his full attention this morning and has a replacement on the way to me. Thanks again
