I ordered one while cabinet and one one…
I ordered one while cabinet and one one of the drawers is broken, the front part. Also, all wood material used is refurbished, broken or cracked wood and painted on top to don't see the issue.
Just a quick update. Vidaxl contacted me and they kindly offered me to change the affected parts. The issue was sorted quickly and professionally. For the way they treated my issue, I want to say thank you.

This company are a disaster
This company are a disaster, I will never buy from them again, I spent weeks trying to get missing pieces from a bedframe i bought, My daughter had to sleep on the floor as I had given her bedframe away. When the pieces did arrive 4 weeks later they were the wrong pieces. I ended up going to a local carpenter to sort it out, the customer support were very condescending, and then they offered me 35 euros back for the inconvenience, I was embarrassed for them i told them keep their 35 euros. The instructions were ridiculous too.

Item I ordered its wasn't what the picture was on the website ,parts missing, some parts to big and not in use for any purpose. Return policy not as easy as the advertising on the web. Took me 8working days to get the item collected, 4times customer service promessed to collect item with no result. When eventually picked up happened the courier told me he couldn't get exact adress for collection. I was send by customer service from one person to another, people very nice but mix information. Wasn't sure if I ever get that sofa out for collection. Now I waiting for my refund 🙈🙏

delivery wait wasnt too bad but...
delivery wait wasn't too bad. earlier than expected. Bed frame is flatpack. self assembly. This was not easy. you definitely need tools to assemble and measuring devices. It isn't straight forward.

Poor quality/ poor service
I ordered the XL dog pen (total of 586€) which was intended to house my three large dogs during the better weather. The building instructions were minimal and unhelpful, poles were unlabelled so this caused a difficulty in setting it up in the first place. Once up, the quality of the poles were extremely weak and poor and my dogs escaped from this within 30 seconds ( not due to the way it was built but the quality of the product itself) The poles have now snapped in half which I have sent to Vida XL customer care but I’m refused a full refund. AVOID this site, don’t waste your time or money you’ll never get back.

Parts do not fit. Self fund return.
Wasted a lot of time trying to fit parts that don't fit. Took one connecting part tried it on four of the sections that it was intended for, it fitted two of them but not the others. None of the parts have labels on them.
Very difficult to put together.
The returns policy means that you have to fund the return postage yourself.
I won't ever buy another product from this company.
