Support from a nightmare
I was not satesfied with part of order, bed frames which came in too many small parts. Returned the frames and could not get the refound on my Visa Web Prepaid. They did not want to transfer money on my main bank acount. It took about 40 emails, where agents serve you with generic answers, for me to explain those agents, that I can not receive the founds to my Web Card, and ask for their shop cupons. So I can order something else instead of refound. After a month of emails, i got the value in three cupons, even I asked for one cupon. Where i must spend more money than cupon worth for every order.
Phone call order never worked in Croatia. Tried at least 5 times.
I can understand part where they want to return the founds on original account of payment. But 40 emails and a month to explain I want cupon to spend my money in their shop is just nonsance.
Edit: Got contacted by local support agent in Croatia, who was reasonable for communicaton and offered partial refound. If communicaton with local support was possible from the start I am sure the situation would be solved shortly. 3 stars for overall expiriece, would be 5 stars if Croatian agent would been the support from the start.

The item was not according to my expectations
The item was not at all according to expectations. I kept it just because I didn't have enough time to take it back. I bought a couch. It was so small and so gentle. Looks like children's toy couch. Yes, the dimensions were stated on the site, but I couldn't imagine how small it actually is. And gentle. And on top of that, difficult to assemble although it's small size.

Garden tool shed
The build quality of the garden tool shed is comical. A true example of a ripoff. It looks so shabby and wobbly like it can't withstand normal use. The slanted wooden roof does not even cover the entire shed so water can easily get inside?? The door mounting points are wrongly positioned... all in all - a catastrophe.

Poor quality and damaged goods
First of all, quality is awful, I have not expected it to be something very good for this money, but this is just embarrassing. Instructions are the worst instructions i have ever seen, from marked parts to assembling. Coffee table part weren't damaged, but some screws were. Tv stand arrived in damaged box, at least 7 parts were damaged, either scratched or damaged on edges. There was also some sticky note written in Chinese letters???? And last thing that bothered me was that everything is so dirty, by that I mean that everything is full of sawdust left over from drilling holes. Never shopping there again.
Update: Returned damaged product, got full refund, free return as well. Agent was very helpful. Two stars only for customer support.
