Absolutely terrible!
I ordered a love seat. It arrived on Sept.19th… on the app it is still saying …. Preparing to ship.. when I already have it.
I called Walmart.ca and demanded a refund and to return this item.
It is flimsy, unstable, poorly made, thin plywood strips to hold it together. Tool out foam for cushions.. it comes in 1 box.. 48 pounds.. you assemble this completely and it is garbage. I have been trying for a refund for almost a week. Walmart.ca says.. wait 48 hours.. I have been doing this… I have reached out to the seller…. I am hearing Nothing back !

I bough a galvanized chain link fence through Walmart. $440. It came in 2 boxes. One box was torn open so parts were falling out. There were no instructions on how to install the fence. It is very flimsy. Walmart told me to contact the company. I should have spent a little more and gone to Home Depot but money is tight these days.

Is this a real company?? The shelves I bought are extremely flimsy and do not match the description on the website. They say I cannot return the item although their return policy says defective items can be returned. There’s no way I can keep this item. Buyers beware!!

Ordered 2 fence panels for £340.
They came in two seperste boxes. They never mentioned you have to self assemble them!!! Very disappointed and now its going to cost me more money and time to put them together!

I ordered a recliner, came in incorrect fabric. Ordered a replacement it came in two days. They told me that shipping labels to return the incorrect recliner would come in 48 hours, they did not, called again told another 48 hours, it never came, called again…48 more hours. Still no shipping labels and no refund. All handled through walmart.Ca. walmart does not stand behind the service nor does it warn buyers on its website that they host dodgy suppliers. I am out the refund with little recourse as a legal pursuit is not financially viable. So i will stead hope to warn others here. If you must buy at walmart only use in store. On line stick with amazon never had issue with them. Walmart on line? Shady business. Service center is in Delhi, where i have done business for years. They have only one response over and over. “Wait 48 hours” not capable to assist in any other way and no other customer service is available……”Brilliant”

I ordered a ‘solid wood outdoor kitchen unit’ in black.
Firstly the listing photos did not remotely match the item that was delivered. The photos showed deep wood grain as if it was solid wood, my item was completely smooth and looked like cheap ply.
Secondly it was completely defective, the top was so warped it could not be attached. There was multiple areas of damage down the legs. And there were screw holes visible in all the shelves which cheapened it massively.
I was pretty shocked to be offered a £30 store credit for this.. as the item was £125.
Honestly I think this is a trading standards issue as it seems like out and out false advertising

The color of the item I ordered looked different in person and clashed with the paint color in the room I was going to use it. I had only unpacked a few pieces and asked via live chat if I could return it. I was offered a $40 coupon or $33 partial refund if I wanted to keep it. When I declined I was told I would receive an email with return instructions within 12 hours. When I didn't, I reached out via live chat again and was told that the original agent had made a mistake and since it was not damaged there was no way I could return it or receive a refund. I realize I should have read the return policy more carefully, but I find it very unprofessional that they won't stand by what their employee told me.
EDIT: After posting this review I was offered a $50 refund which helps cover the time and expense of painting it. I have updated to 3 stars. I was only offered the refund because I posted a negative review, and I still think their return policy should be changed. If I had damaged it on purpose when opening the box they would have let me return it. It felt like I was being punished for being honest.

It appears the sent parts meant for a different parasol and the parasol arms don't fit together. No customer service line, email only for a response in 24 hours. It appears from the condition of the box that this is a previously returned item (likely for the same reason) that was simply taped up and sent back out. I won't but from them again.

Small self assembly wall display unit,looks great in box but 70%of the screw in dowel fittings do not locate correctly into the very cheap aluminium thumb push in fittings they are so loose and some actually set at wrong depth product not fitt for purpose,.if I could give no stars as rating I would

Currently awaiting response to my rejection quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The following day, a phone message was left, asking me to "ring to discuss" - at the time, I was unavailable, so tried to ring the next morning at 11:55, to be greeted by a recorded message telling me that the desk was only manned between 09:00 and 12:00. Although it seems to be a London telephone number from which the message was left, VidaXL staff must, presumably, work in a different time zone. No facility to leave a message was offered, so I'll try again tomorrow - most unsatisfactory.
This morning (10th July) another attempt to reply to VidaXL's phone message failed being greeted by the same message that their desk only opened between 09:00 and 12:00 - I tried to phone at 11.55.

Ordered a black side cabinet and it's hands down the cheapest tackiest piece of flat pack furniture I've ever assembled. It was also covered in sawdust, at least clean the product so it's free from debris when it leaves the factory

We recently purchased a Gecheer Garden Storage Cabinet, SKU 340984, thru Amazon. This may be the worst product I have ever purchased from any company. It is cheaply made, poorly engineered, parts do not line up to fit properly during assembly, and assembly instructions are not clear. I will never purchase another product from vidaxl, or Gecheer.
If you are thinking about buying one of their products, I suggest you look at products from competing companies .

For starters, the swingset I pirchased was super flimsy and way overpriced for what I received. I tryed to contact them for a return and they informed they offer no support, no returns and no solution. I tryed 3 times to reach out and got the same responce each time. This is a very poor shady company with cheap Chinese junk, please avoid them.

My order was missing parts and the quality of the product I ordered was substandard. I contacted the company and requested information on returning the product and a full refund. It has now been 4 days and the company continues to counteroffer with replacement parts, coupons and partial refunds. In each correspondence I clearly state that I want to return the item and receive a full refund. I am completely dissatisfied with this company and will continue my fight. Beware of this company, so far not reputable!!

I bought a fence gate (very poor quality) and 6 of the vidaXL Fence Posts Aluminum - 2.8" x 2.8" x 72.8"from their website. The website said their post is compatible with the fence boards of 0.8" thickness and 30 days to return, however, my 0.8" composite boards won't slide into the channel. I tried to do a return just the posts and willing to keep the gate, however, they won't accepted it. I would rate at ZERO star for this company and their customer's service if there's an option. I'm getting couple emails like this

Only gave a one star because I had to give something. A family member bought us a gazebo as a gift we opened it up was missing parts called them and they said because I didn't know who bought it or item number couldn't help. Go to put canopy cover on was to small it's a 13 by 10 . Gave them box item everything still won't replace canopy cover. Offered to by a new one and they don't sell just canopy cover have to by the whole canopy sorry poor customer service. I highly recommend not buying form them ever Unless u wanna deal with no help I will never buy from them and now we have no canopy and that family member is out of money. Great job vidaxl. Horrible

I ordered a stainless steel sink. The accessories did not come in the box. I’ve called them to replace the accessory or even tryed to purchase the sink strainer and attachment still they were not able to help me .3 phone call was a repeat of the first two they state they are gonna send me an email or somebody would get back to me in 48 hours two weeks later no email so I wasted 2 weeks with the customer service department that could not prove any service or solution to my issue
