Vid Angel,

I cancelled my subscription once before and you kept sending me solicitations saying you've fixed many problems... BUT once I used you again, it's the same old thing. Your service goes out, cannot watch programs, I'm out the money for getting Paramount + because your service does not work. You don't have a phone number for your customers to call tech support, A-I does not help at all, and now I see that you charged my Credit Card for a year's service in advance and took me out of monthly service. This "makes sure" that we cannot cancel immediately when you cannot provide service and you are NOW getting 7 months payment for your service when you cannot provide the service we are paying for.

This constitutes Fraud, Scam, and Elderly Abuse due to my age of 73. If you don't make this right and refund me the money from NOW to April 17, 2027, I will complain on all the Social Media sites like Yelp, Google, Trust Pilot, Site Jabber, Facebook, X, Instagram and Tick Toc. As you know, our messages to the public that go on these sites to view our REVIEWS, can make the difference between a mass amount of potential customers for VidAngel or even customers that have your subscription and are fed up with the problems and NO SERVICE for the money we pay.

We that are looking to use your service pay a lot of attention to the amount of negative reviews on a business. Many, stop and make a decision when they see only 3 or 4 negative reviews. They don't want the headache.

#1. When there is NO contact phone number to Tech Support... something's wrong with your business. You're usually hiding something or you have WAY too many problem calls from your customers.

#2. When you don't make us aware OR that you don't give us the option to purchase your service monthly or yearly. Something's wrong with your service and business.

#3. When you won't talk with your customers when problems arise and you force us to talk to a stupid Non-Human A-I program... Something's wrong with your business or service. It shows us that we don't matter to you, we are not a valued customer.

#4. When you incorporate that you are a Christian business as a sales pitch, using God Almighty's reputation instead of your own reputation... Something's very wrong.

#5. When you make it hard to send you an email, only goes to show us that something's wrong with your company.
