I ordered some diamond painting in October but one was definitely wrong in the colours and the picture wasn’t the same l contacted them 5 times no reply so l m stuck with s diamond painting which is not as l ordered!!! Never again!!!!

Ordered this as a Christmas gift, requesting a specific size for a reason. Item arrived, it was the wrong size. Contact both email addresses provided, no acknowledgement or response!

I've ordered personalised diamond painting from this company before and never had a problem, but this time round what a disaster. I sent the file for the picture I wanted and they sent me the diamond painting I'd done 3 years ago. Got in touch with them,sent them photos of what they sent me and what I wanted but no reply. Absolutely disgraceful customer service

Hi I am not happy with the custom picture sent over by Victoriasmoon I wouldn’t ever got with them again I am so hurt by the state of the picture. The groom has a bright red face it looks awful and he is dying he hasn’t got long to live and for the bride her face is red as well but she hasn’t got a red face her face is pale I sent them so many messages and they have totally ignored every single message which I think is unacceptable. What sort of company are they to ignore ther customers if they do things like this they won’t have a business. I have been asking for you to rectified the picture but nothing or just refund me so I can find a decent company that can help because you aren’t doing a great job . I feel really let down by your company as the picture it up to my standards

This company used to be good but my recent order took weeks to come with 7 unanswered emails. The painting came yesterday and was just folded over in bubble wrap no box , I've emailed for return to no response. Absolutely shocking treating customers like this clearly won't be getting my money back .

Not all the right amount of diamontes came with the picture. When I sent victorious moon a message to ask if I could get more they completely ignored me.

Totally uncontactable... my order is wrong, theyve got my money .. unlikely to get that back ! ..been trying for nearly 2 weeks to get a response, but nothing. All I can say is lesson learned .. AVOID AVOID AVOID...

Been Trying to contact the company since Monday. Just want my diamond art size to be amended but not getting a response. Really want it to be amended so that I dont have return and re-order. If someone can contact me that would be great

I have tried to contact them but reply the email address does not work I purchased a picture of my dog who my sister loves she is 82 this year and I am doing for a present I have not got enough beads to finish it and am very disappointed as I buy all my diamond painting from them

I ordered 3 items with them and after waiting 16 days for them to arrive only one is the picture I ordered, the other two are completely different. On top of that even if I wanted to just accept them they have sent the wrong diamonds for one of the prints. I have emailed them and got a bounce back email to say the email cannot be delivered. I have raised a complaint via their website and still not received a response. I wish I'd read the reviews on TrustPilot before ordering. If they do get in touch with me I will amend my review but for now I would highly recommend that you don't purchase anything from them.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I placed an order with this company, received email comfirmation, then several days later received another email stating the order was ready and being shipped. They state that this is a UK company, yet I have still not received the order, and when I emailed them to request an update, they sent me a reply in CHINESE. I have now contacted them again at the advice of my solicitor, and have given them 7 days to respond with either comfirmation of delivery date or a full refund. If I do not hear from them within this time frame I will be passing this issue on to my solicitor. My advice is do NOT order from Victoria's Moon UK. It is a SCAM! The rave reviews they receive are obviously fake.

I feel like I couldn't be more disappointed with a company as I am with them.
I used to be a regular client with them and I have ordered a few times from them. Every time I had some sort of issue (package being lost in mail, canvas coming all folded instead on their own box, etc.). Regardless, their designs were amazing and I wanted to give another shot.
I was not prepared to what I received in my last order: I ordered 4 canvas (more than €100) as 3 of them were gifts for my friends and the end result was absolutely disgusting. They sent poor quality canvas with a terrible plastic protecting the glue (not sure why they changed from the white papery one), all folded and creased, with mixed bags of diamonds.
It took me 45 mins to figure out which bag belonged to which canvas, I could not offer these canvas to my friends as it didn't came in the proper package. I was utterly in shock with everything.
I reached out to them to explain my frustration and they offered to refund me 25% of each order through PayPal. I don't work with PayPal so I gave them my bank details for them to refund to my original payment method. Since then, they have been absolutely radio silent. It's been 2 weeks, they stopped replying to my emails, I didn't get my money back and I will definitely never be ordering from them again.
Avoid at all costs, there is no point of you losing your money for them.

Dreadful product, experience and service. Couldn't be more disappointed. Avoid!

I ordered 3 paint by number kits on their 3 for 2 offer.
1 never arrived, (its been months), one paint they sent me the wrong colour and I've not even looked at the other kit yet. I took me 3 email attempts before I got a reply and each problem was a further 3 emails. They offered to send the missing kit, I asked for a refund. I got neither. they offered to send the correct paint. I asked for a refund. The paint arrived in the post. Now just radio silence and still heard nothing about my refund or request to speak to a manager. Poor service throughout and too many errors on one order.

Generally, a poor product. The numbers on the paint pots don't match those on the canvas, you have to translate 1, 2 etc into a 4 digit code. And they rub off from the top of the paint pots so after a while you cant use them again unless you remember which colour.
They used to send you a printed piece of paper with the colours, which I used to use a lot. This time that hasn't come at all.

Overall, this may be the worst customer experience I have ever had.

Your customer service does not respond to emails. We've been waiting 5 weeks for an order and no-one replies to our email. This seems the only other avenue I can pursue to try and get a response as there is no phone number to contact. Just PLEASE ship the order, you have our money!

I am SO disappointed with my latest purchase from Victoria’s Moon.
I have had three diamond paintings from the company before and been thrilled with all of them.
My latest purchase has changed my view of the company completely. I purchased an 80cmx110cm diamond painting canvas which arrived about 3 weeks from the purchase date.
At first I didn’t realise that it was indeed my package from Victoria’s Moon as the package was a medium sized rectangular one. I was surprised and upset to discover that it was indeed my canvas that had been folded. I was so disappointed as I’d expected it to arrive in a cardboard tube.
When I unfolded the canvas it was so badly creased with undulating waves all over it. I did the usual thing of peeling back the protective covering but discovered that down one of the creases the adhesive film had actually fused meaning that I wouldn’t be able to add drills in that area.
I contacted Victoria’s Moon straight away via the site but was unable to attach photos of the issues so sent another email where I was able to attach them.
I received a reply to this first message the next day. I was told that it is shipping policy to send canvases over 50cm folded; very poor practice in my opinion. VM suggested I weigh the canvas down with heavy books and if it was still creased to flatten using an iron on a low temperature. With regard to the fused section, it was suggested that I cut the film and pour glue on.
I replied that I had weighed down the canvas with encyclopaedias and the creases/waves will still there. I didn’t want to compromise the effectiveness of the adhesive sheet by ironing it. As for cutting the film and pouring on glue, absolutely no, I wouldn’t do this.
When I receive a canvas, I expect to be able to get on with it straight away, not receive it in a manner that I have to try to fix issues.
VM offered me a 20% refund. I replied stating I wasn’t happy with their ‘solutions’ to resolving the issue but didn’t receive a reply. I messaged again but have still not received a reply.
Up until this purchase, I would have recommended Victoria’s Moon wholeheartedly but on this occasion they have definitely fallen short of my expectations.

I've ordered from this company a couple of times now. First time was in 2020 and my custom painting was great! It came with a picture of what the painting would look like after it was done the paints were labelled 1-22 but it seems that they have since changed supplier... I ordered another 3 custom paintings a couple of months ago and they are different now. The paints are labelled with random numbers and you get a small piece of paper which says which number on the painting corelates with which paint number which is a bit annoying having to constantly check back and forth. But the colouring is also quite off... One of the paintings in particular had a Disney Castle (pink and grey) and I started painting it and half my castle is black and there is literally no pink on it whatsoever! One of the other ones I ordered was one from my wedding and my blush wedding dress was actually grey, I had to mix a few of the colours myself to get a colour which actually resembled my dress... The quality has definitely gone down hill... I have been in touch with customer services and awaiting a response. I am pretty gutted right now though.

The box came damaged and the product is really poorly packaged and not packaged how diamond art should be resulting in a completely damaged item. I'm only been offered a 25% refund which is unacceptable. I am completely unhappy with the quality of the product so I should be entitled to a full refund!

I have ordered from Victoriasmoon many times and probably will again- quality of product and customer service is amazing, and shipping is fast! Love this business, 100% recommend.

Over the last two and a half years I have repeatedly ordered Victoriasmoon Diamond Paintings and I just would not order from anyone else. These are exactly as advertised beautiful colours and what a variety to choose from. Second to none and also reasonably priced.

I ordered the personalised painting by number one, was a little disappointed that it took longer to arrive than i expected as it was for Christmas. Victoriasmoon explained to me that they take longer than the diamond painting as they come from a different location. On saying this they gave me a full refund as i had to purchase something to replace it. Only did take a couple of weeks which if I'd been aware at the time i would have left it. After saying that the product arrived and was of an amazing quality! I was told i could keep it when it came as a good will gesture, not many would do that. I will be ordering again and might try the diamond painting ones. The reviews are amazing and very true from what I've seen. Thank you Victoriasmoon
