I have been a patient of this practice for over 15 years. For the past 12 years I have been able to take 5 to 6 months medication when I spend that time on a sailing boat in the Mediterranean.
Now my doctor has retired the "partners" have decided to revoke this. I have been informed the most they can prescribed is 3 months. I have today gone into the pharmacy to try to secure 3 months worth of prescriptions, only to be told that because I'm away for 6 months they won't sanction 3. This sounds a little petty and vindictive. So they are infact dictating for how long a retiree can holiday.
I have been informed that this company was not my intended post, therefore I take back all that was said in the original post. My apologies to this company.

I was planning on using Victoria House Clinic. However, I won't be after seeing a recent negative review they have received. Irregardless of pricing and discounts from one month to the next, to give a dissatisfied customer a refund for multiple tattoo removal bookings (which are needed to reduce your ludicrous prices) but charge him almost £350.00 for one session is downright greedy. You should have charged the customer the full amount for the one treatment that he had minus 50% - the original discount that you offered. £345.00 for one tattoo removal session is laughable.

*I have no link to any individual who might have left a negative review for your business. I was going to use your clinic for tattoo removal until I saw that you charged an unhappy customer almost £350.00 for one tattoo treatment. You can come up with all the excuses in the world, but the reality is your business operates in a greedy manner and is not centred around customer care.

Went for a consultation on laser tattoo removal and was told for March only they were giving a 50% discount on laser treatments, so instead of just paying for the one session, I paid £1035 in advance for 6 sessions of laser tattoo removal at the "50% discount", which was apparently time limited. A couple weeks later, I look online and see it's now a 65% discount for April, which would be £725 instead of the £1035 I paid in advance. So I was charged an extra £310 because I stupidly paid upfront for multiple sessions instead of just paying for one at a time. Contacted the clinic who said they wouldn't refund the £310 difference. I cancelled the remaining 5 sessions and asked for a refund on them and then , to add insult to injury, I had to pay £345 for the one session I had, which is now priced at £120 a session, in order for them to refund me my remaining money. I basically got ripped off and I am only getting a £690 refund. I should never have paid in advance. It's a very shady business practice considering they're already grossly overpriced compared to other clinics. Most other places are charging less than £400 for 6 sessions and that's without a so-called sale, but I went with this clinic because I thought they were professional, trustworthy and it was convenient and close to home, I was wrong. I also wasn't told they have a "sale" every month, it was made out to me as though this 50% discount was a rare, time limited offer.
Lying by omission. I'd rather take the financial loss than have them give me anymore medical treatments, they clearly can't be trusted.
I thought I was dealing with medical professionals, not something akin to a sneaky used car dealership, hence my willingness to pay their obnoxiously inflated prices. Lesson learned.

My son came to the clinic and had a Cyst removed on his forehead, George and Sindy made him feel really comfortable and at ease, as they were so caring, it was a fantastic job done and he is really pleased with the result, so thank you. Also a lovely caring message to see how he was at 8.30pm on the evening of the procedure. We highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend more, the service from start to finish was professional and at all times I felt like I was in safe hands. Dr George was great in explaining the procedure and detailed all important information prior to surgery. George and Casey ensured I was comfortable throughout the surgery and delivered excellent after care. I really appreciated Sindy who was always transparent in payment and also time schedules, she also checked in on me via message to insure I was doing okay!

I have had the most amazing experience start to finish with Victoria house, I have recently had a procedure with George and it’s changed my life! I couldn’t be happier with my results. All I can say is WOW!! After having 2 children close together I was left with loose skin on my lower tummy that really knocked my confidence I had lost a lot of weight but the skin just didn't tighten so I looked down the surgical route and came across Victoria House Clinic , from the first point of contact I felt confidence in the clinic Sindy was so professional and answered a lot of questions then booked me in for my consultation for a mini tummy tuck with Dr George , I instantly felt at ease upon arrival and the clinic itself is beautiful, i knew this would be the clinic for my procedure ...the surgery itself was so smooth and I had no unanswered questions, Dr George and his team were just fabulous i felt at ease at all times, his nurse and Sindy where just wonderful , a few hours later I was at-home, I couldn't believe how smooth the process was.
And the results well all I can say is I have my confidence back

Victoria house is second to none. The staff are friendly and helpful. The surgeons are knowledgable and reassuring. I recently had an upper blepharoplasty with Victoria House and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish Sindy & George were supportive and helpful.

Where to start! My wife and I have had both minor and more extensive surgery and treatments at Victoria House Clinic and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else again. This review would be too long to write everything positive so I will just say that George Filobbos is an amazing surgeon, a real artist with an exceptional eye for detail and the skill to produce amazing results.
Both him and Mohamed Maher have an exceptional ability to communicate, and whilst clearly being some of the best professionals in their field, they have very down to earth personalities that make you feel very at ease.
This first class customer service extends across the whole team at the clinic. Sindy is always polite and helpful and even sorted gift vouchers on the down-low for my wife’s birthday! Shannon was great to have in theatre when I was there, and I’m sure all the other staff are equally as great!
As business owners ourselves we get frustrated at the standards of customer service in the UK sometimes, but these guys set the bar very high. Take a look at their website, offers, clinic interior design (George laughed when I called it ‘industrial chic,’) and you will get a gauge of how they do everything so well.

Truly the epitome of private expert-led cosmetic treatments, this clinic deserves more than 5 stars!
Choosing a clinic for the treatment that I was wanting to have done (Excision on my face) which is a sensitive area, was important to me and I am glad that I chose Victoria House. The service I received from my consultation right up to aftercare has been fantastic! Sindy has an uplifting aura and energy and has been absolutely wonderful throughout my treatment journey making me feel very welcome, supported, cared for and at ease, always smiling and re-assuring especially during surgery, a huge thank you to Sindy for this. Both Dr George and Dr Mohamed are specialists in this field and I am very happy with my decision as the surgery was smooth, efficient and was done with such precision echoing their professionalism. Both Dr’s were especially kind and re-assuring from the consultation, to the surgery and post op visits. Seeing the results 4 months on, I am very happy and will definitely recommend this clinic to my close family and friends! A huge thank you again for the amazing service.

I had a nonsurgical nose job & lip filler with Dr. George Filobbos.
I have never had fillers before so I wanted to make sure I went to the best place, I found VHC through Instagram and looked into them further, I love that are trained medical professionals and that the clinic is CQC registered, my nurse friend informed me to make sure of this.
Dr George was very thorough in his explanations and understood that I was looking for subtle enhancements, he was very gentle throughout the procedure, my nose now looks amazing, much straighter and exactly what I was after, there was minimal bruising, and my lips are perfect, with absolutely no bruising! Overall with my nose and lips, I believe I had 1ml of filler. I couldn't be happier with both and will definitely be returning to VHC for more treatments and recommending them to all my friends and family!

I can't recommend Victoria house clinic highly enough. I felt so safe and reassured from start to finish.

I had a chin/neck lipo surgery ,
After meeting with both surgeons George and Mohammad on several on occasions my mind was made up they were absolutely great and gave me confidence in myself and answered my questions , the information and support by these gentlemen was amazing. On the day of my surgery both George and Mohammad were there and they were fantastic and lookafter me so well through out the process and help me relax. Still cannot believe I did.
I have been really impressed with everything and I am very pleased with my result it’s been 4 weeks. i am still in recovery as there is swelling , but I I know it will take time .
Everyone had been extremely kind and professional. The process is fantastic, with all the patient care thought out and executed to perfection.

Last year I had a terrible experience with Botox. It has taken till now to leave a review I was so upset.
Firstly, when I was injected during my appointment some of the product ran into my eye. I didn’t think anything of it but I woke up the next day with an eye infection . My eye was closed and I ended up going to the eye hospital. I was informed the tear duct was blocked and they gave me 7 days of penicillin.
Secondly I hardly noticed any difference having had this procedure done apart from my one eyebrow raised looked more raised.
I did contact Victoria House and they asked me to come in but I was off work for over a week due to my eye infection so couldn’t. Once I was better I didn’t have any faith to go back so left it. No one ever got in contact again.
Very expensive too.

I came across Victoria House Clinic by chance, and I’m glad I did. I was due to have a consultation with another clinic, but they cancelled on me on the day. I then searched online for other clinics and came across Victoria House clinic. I rang the clinic and explained the situation to the manager Sindy, I asked her if there were any availabilities for a consultation to see the doctors about liposuction. Sindy was so understanding and got me booked in at short notice which was great. I was made to feel welcomed at the clinic and all the staff were so friendly. The clinic is nice and tidy and in a good location where it is easy to get to. On my first consultation with the surgeons Dr George Filobbos and Dr Mohamed Maher, they examined me and talked me through the options available. They took their time answering my questions and gave me all the information I required. After the consultation I decided to go ahead with the liposuction surgery on my flanks and lower back. I had my surgery on Tuesday 16th January. I was nervous on the day but the doctors, Sindy and Chealsea, all helped me feel at ease. I was told what to expect during the surgery and even throughout the procedure Dr George Filobbbos and Dr Mohammed Maher were talking me thorough it as they were doing it. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease during the surgery. It was a quick and effective procedure, and the doctors did such a great job!I was given aftercare instructions and the area where I had the surgery healed quickly. I am so happy with the results. It has boosted my confidence, and I can already see a big difference. I am due to have the other half of my surgery on my stomach in a couple of months’ time and can’t wait to see the results. I would highly recommend this clinic. The whole experience from start to finish has been positive and the customer service they provide is excellent. Thank you to the doctors and staff for making the whole experience positive and helping me achieve good results 🙂.

Hannah did an amazing job doing my balance facial, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facial itself was great and my skin is glowing! Hannah listened to my concerns and gave advice for me to follow. The place is aesthetically pleasing and all staff are friendly & welcoming. On-site parking, refreshments & a comfortable waiting area. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Today I had the pleasure of treating myself to a Balance Facial with Dermalux and it was so lovely !
From the moment I walked into the clinic (it was my first visit) I was made to feel welcome and totally at ease - even though it was only a facial, the professionalism shown by all of the team , Sindy, Sally and Hannah was top notch
Hannah did my facial for me and was very patient (I have a frozen shoulder) she was very knowledgeable and when I asked what she was using/doing she went into some depth about each process. I felt very pampered and was really happy to have been and treated myself
