I love the graphic patterns on all the Victoria Eggs' collections. The shipping is always quick, and I always find something I didn't "need" but that I really want! These are always wonderful gifts for the people in my life too...because they are things I would also be ecstatic to receive.

I do almost all my shopping on the web, this is normally a buy-wait-receive situation. I’m rarely in contact with customer service, which makes you forget how important great customer service is when it truly matters.

I ordered some gift wrapping and the shipment was non-traceable. It went pretty far beyond expected delivery schedule, but I’m patient, and so I waited. Finally, I had to drop an email to Victoria Eggs. Shipping is obviously not their responsibility, but Victoria Eggs immediately offered to send another roll of gift wrapping free of charge. I said that I would pay for the extra shipment if both packages were to arrive, but they told me to keep both for “any inconvenience caused”. To me, that’s service at its finest and even though the shipping (Britain to Norway) issues stalled my Christmas project a little bit, I’m overall left with a very pleasant shopping experience at Victoria Eggs. Thanks a lot, and merry Christmas :)
