been on all the big firms for years in my experience this family run firm beats the lot no problems withdrawing
in with in hours its gambling only bet what you can afford i give them 5 out of 5

Sadly they closed me down as I was unwilling to send them private information about my bank. Apparently some people do send very private information to bookies-more fool them!

Very unusual situation. Came across them at Thirsk races, opened an account & it got suspended before I’d even placed a bet. They told me that it was a ‘business decision’. No idea what that means but I’m concerned about the security.

Promoted £10 free bet for a race which I took and then changed it to another race later. They then refused to honour the free bet. I can image I was not the only person to get conned by this. Gold Cup day at Cheltenham 1.30 was the race and then they moved it to 3.30 race

Suspended my account without any notice, no live chat, money is still in account, sent email no reply in 3 days so far, don’t know what too do

Don't bother....sent in all my id etc...heard nothing from then in 4 months..so god knows where or who I sent my valuable date to.

I did give this company 1 star but I have now changed it to 5 stars as I have learnt you have to be patient I did get an account that was suspended due to me having to which I didn't know about and forgot that had made to so there was a lot of problems when trying to get my winnings but after a bit of patience I spoke to a lady called Joanne who was very helpful and manage to sort this out so far good casino plenty of games and good payout

I opened an account and I lost about £600 and now they suspended my account. They say I self exclude myself three years ago. This company is a scam they take your money don’t open it

Avoid this company. Amateur organisation with no live chat support and not answering emails.
They do not honour their own promotions. Have had a free bet owing for weeks now, no likelihood of getting it.

Edit: and now they have replied to show what liars they are. Not replying to emails and definitely did not honour the promotion.

Absolutely shocking. Played £50 first time on here today . Won a few bonuses and ended up with 3 quid on them . Played my last game and spent 8 quid and gut the bonus to win not 1 penny o. n it. Your disgusting . I get lots of emails from other sites telling me like 888 as gone under. Its happening to these disgusted companies all the time and I'm pretty sure yours won't survive. Never ever play on this site,honestly the slots are pirated,if you get a bonus it pays nothing,i recently big bass bonanza on there,the slot went blank then it came back on,instead of my balance been in pounds it said credits,after that i got the same spin everytime,i recorded it,same symbols spin after spin,honestly this site is so so bad i never in my life seen anything like it,you deposit lose,then if you try and deposit again it blocks you and declines so you carnt play the slot you lost your money on again,very clever but i sent all this to the ukgc via video,this site is deffinately up to no good,im just telling you folks if you play here your most likely to lose time after time,took me a little while to realise what these con artists were up to,15,000 spins on one game over 4 days 1 bonus paid 20 pence,anyway there crooks and need closed down.
