The booking system was easy. However, at our agreed time we waited outside our home. No taxi arrived. We had a plane to catch and the rest of our party to pick up, as stated in our booking. I called the number on the email and the person at the other end knew nothing of our booking. But hats off to him, he was with us within 10 minutes. When we arrived at Heathrow he asked for payment. I showed him that we had paid in advance. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver very helpful and considerate. The cost of the taxi very reasonable. What let this company down was the admin, therefore the 3 stars.
