My order came so fast! Cute. Waiting on more colors to have a larger size though.

I haven’t stopped wearing them since I got them. First day required some breaking in, but by day two and forward the shoes felt like heaven on the ground. It’s hard to explain, just try them. Also got many many compliments. Just bought another color :)

Was scared about a tracking issue, but I emailed the Customer Service and they were extremely quick in replying to my email and provided clarity. My vibram five fingers shipped in less than a week in perfect condition and they fit perfectly and I have been wearing them non stop since i’ve got them. Truly appreciate their service!

Thank you for adding more of the v-soul in my size. I would appreciate you making more styles with basic toe coverage (but not the entire top of foot covered) and delicate foot crossing straps -- less of a running/sport shoe and more of a female stylish shoe. Thank you

delivered super quick considering they were from outside of the uk.
i’d say im a 5.5 uk women’s, and i went for the 39 and they fit perfect ! (v-soul).
i found them super easy to get used to! love, recommend to everyone.

This is a very difficult website to navigate. It doesn’t tell you when a product is out of stock or when it may be back. Products come in irregularly and in very small quantities. Eventually to solve my problem. called their customer service which was very helpful.

Love my shoes. Very comfortable. Been waiting on them to restock for months, glad I was able to get my hands on a pair. They do require a little work to put them once, especially the first time but worth the work!

The shoes are GREAT! BEAT SHOES EVER! I would like to propose a suggestion though. Maybe you guys can consider making a version of these shoes that are somewhat steel toe or suitable for almost everyday work environments. I think that would be awesome and beneficial for everyone who wears these. Hopefully my suggestion gets put into consideration. If not, Thank you guys for listening.

My daughter absolutely loved the Vibram V-Soul shoes. The quality, comfort, and overall look were great. The only issue we had was sizing. The shoes ran smaller than expected, and figuring out the correct size from the website was honestly pretty difficult. I’d definitely recommend them, but I strongly suggest double-checking measurements or considering sizing up. Other than that, great product.

Easy to navigate the website and all sizes were in stock. Good pictures of the shoes, colour on monitor was very close to real merchendise.

Still really liking barefoot shoes.

The first pair I ordered were the wrong size so I called the customer service line and they were able to help me with a refund and informed me when they’d get a next shipment since the size I needed was sold out. They were very helpful with my return and shipping was so fast. I love my Vibrams, theyre my new favorite shoe!

In the past I have found it difficult to keep track of previous purchases...Some of my shoes have worked fine, some not, and I have not been able to find a record of past purchases.
So far the ones I just bought seem to be just fine.

The package never came, I know that is not your responsability, but DHL do not responde about the package. And you selected DHL for the delivery. What can I do?

The return process has been brutal. Glitches non-stop on the return portal, particularly with Canadian clients I assume. Have called and emailed and still no resolution. Not impressed.

I was nervous about sizing at first because the box conversion looked a little different from my normal US size, but they fit perfectly once on. I usually wear an 8–8.5 and the size 39 worked great for me. They’re super comfortable, lightweight, and definitely a conversation starter 😂💗 I also think they’re pretty wide-foot friendly because the material has some stretch. Shipping was smooth and the quality feels amazing. I can already tell I’ll be ordering more colors!
