These Spydrwalks are an product and well worth the price.

These Spydrwalks are amazing! I've only had them 24 hours and I've crossed ever type of terrain, from urban environments to watery, muddy banks. Every single step was taken with confidence. Broken glass won't even effect these things. Rocks, Roots, Red Mud every step feels secure and the fit is excellent. Vibram also provided excellent shipping information as well as phone support when DHL marked my package as "mislabeled" even though it was on time and on track with USPS.

The folks at Vibram were so helpful

The folks at Vibram were so helpful. They helped me apply the military discount and guided me on shoe selection. The new stile 5 finger toes are AWESOME!

Unhappy customer

The shipping was good but not the product, for the price I paid. I’ve had them for 4 days and they have already started to fray on both shoes. For the extremely high price the are not worth it. I can provide pictures to prove my case. They are comfortable but that is about it. Unhappy over the cost and product. Janet B

Best shoes ever, but…

Best shoes ever! Unfortunately when I put them in the wash, followed the directions, the stitching on the arch came undone. Very sad that they didn’t hold up the first wash. I was planning to buy more but im not sure with the quality issue.

Returns not easy

It’s currently not possible to make a return if you don’t already have an account. The website keeps spinning. I messaged the site Saturday, the same day I received the shoes I need to return for being so big. (The size charts were completely inaccurate, even with making measurements like they said to). I haven’t gotten a response to my problem yet, but I did get a link to take a survey. They have a strict 14-day return window, so hopefully they get back to me soon!

I returned my Five finger vibrams…

I returned my Five finger vibrams because I ordered a men’s size 8-8.5 and a women’s size was sent to me. I returned them and received a email days ago saying you received them but I still haven’t a received an email saying when my vibrams were being sent out. I have no idea what’s going on.

Sizing is Off!!

I just for them in the mail. I am a 7.5 so going off of the size chart I ordered a 37 which should have been 7-7.5 but on the box it says 6.5-7 so please beware the chart is not accurate and the site needs to update that. They're so tight around my toes 😩 really wanted to like these.

The information provided is very vague

The information provided is very vague. There is no clear specification stating that the return costs must be paid by the customer.
Additionally, it is unclear that the discount code for a first order applies to only one item. This limitation is not mentioned anywhere. This is very unusual, as such discounts normally apply to the entire order.

Regarding the Welcome code, according to our policy it is valid only on the first order and applies to one product per order, which is a common practice among many brands. To use the code correctly, the customer must be logged into their account, and no other promotions or discounts can be active in the cart at the same time.

Pinky toe size seems disproportionately…

Pinky toe size seems disproportionately smaller than the other toe sizes. Did some online research and apparently it's an issue with this specific style for some people. Super frustrating.

Feet 1st Each Day

Dealing direct with the suppler is a simple process. I wanted Five Finger Vibram shoes so I came to the source. No hype no ego involved just twenty years of knowing what it means to feel each step as I keep going. Now 72 I still wear Five Fingers.

I received exactly what I ordered…

I received exactly what I ordered quickly. The products were easy to find via the link. What would have been even better would be to identify the models and colors that have discounted pricing. They are often mixed in where several colors are available but only a couple of the colors are discounted.
