Good fast Delivery well packed
Courier did not ring to say a 1500 euro package was just left at the door. Everything else was just as ordered and worked first time. No customs problem to Rep of Ireland. So all good.

Vibox is great, customer service brilliant and answered my queries very promptly.
I had searched for a decent pc for a while then found vibox, so glad i did.

I looked into quite a few computer build companies and big online stores. Vibox quoted much cheaper than a comparable product from elsewhere. In my build I wanted a wifi card but there was not an option on the website. I emailed Vibox to ask if it would be possible. They responded straight away and were very accommodating with my request. The computer was built and sent to me within seven days. No problem setting it up and works fantastic.
Look no further when buying a gaming PC.

I contacted the guys at Vibox, with just a quick question, about the best way I could set up a soundbar on my PC?. They responded very quickly. They gave me honest advice, I was expecting them to try and sell me something, but they never once mentioned me purchasing something I never needed. All I got was advice, nothing added.
The service I got from Vibox was first-rate, and even sent me a link to Amazon, if I needed something later on, if things started to go wrong?
All I can add is a big thank you to Vibox, a very professional service, from start to finish.
I would say anyone wishing to purchase a new PC,or advice, go with these guys, I did, and not regretted it.

Fast delivery and good build quality. Customer service should get 6 stars. I had a problem and after a few emails (they reply very fast too!) they resolved my problem! Would definitely reccomend

The pc itself is great and great build quality. I ordered my pc Friday and it was delivered on the Sunday. I couldn’t recommend Vibox enough.

I ordered a Graphics Card from Vibox through Amazon. Order was acknowledged & money apparently taken from my credit card. It was a good deal, approx £100 cheaper than other same products on Amazon. But a few hours later I got an email saying order was Cancelled ! They say they were out of stock. I've made complaint to Amazon & Vibox saying the sale was agreed & acknowledged at that price, and they must honour it - this means Amazon/Vibox make up the difference between their failed delivery & what I must pay for the same product elsewhere. Both have refused this, offering apology only, with no concern I must pay extra £100 - we'll see if complaint to Amazon MD makes any difference, and maybe see what credit-card company or small claims court thinks...

Bought gaming pc via Amazon , developed some technical issues in less then 2 months . Contacted Vibox and they sent DPD to collect for repair and returned to me but had another issue this time with the sounds. As a busy mum, I don’t have time to sort out things again and just contacted them for return and refund . Vibox is very easy to deal, responsive , helpful and understanding. True to their policy, I got a refund without hassle.
Even the best product sometimes developed some issues along the way, things happened. The most important thing is , they are reachable, not hiding , and 100% acknowledge the issues and want to offer the best solution in customer’s favour. You earned my trust , and I’m happy to recommend Vibox to my friends and colleagues.

Vibox is a true OG and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The computer was sent to France and arrived 2 days after ordering it. Unfortunately, it took a hit during shipping and the tower was damaged. Vibox was true to their word when they said that they have your back! Without any fuss, they sent me the return sticker, the next day a delivery man was at my door to pick it up and 24h later, a brand new one appeared!

The computer is stylish and the tower is deceivingly quiet for all the processing power it holds under the hood! A purchase for a lifetime and the support to go with it

Outstanding support! I purchased a £600 PC for my son in 2019 from Vibox. He now wants to upgrade it, so being a clueless dad I reached out to Vibox and asked if they could make any recommendations. They gave me a few options and what to look for/avoid. The PC itself has been excellent and I will have no doubt we will be back in the next year for a full new PC. THIS is how customer service should be!!

So the bad news first is there was a couple of issues. Customer service though is exceptional...phone answered after only a couple of rings then the chaps walked me through the issues. totally recommended.

I have received excellent first class service from Zac at Vibox and his team, I experienced a few technical difficulties with my sons PC in particular around the loading of games and Zac gave a lot of time and was very patient in helping to sort this out and most of all alleviate the issues. I would thoroughly recommend any purchases through Vibox and for their support. Will definitely continue using. Thanks again.

Excellent product and the after sales service is the best I have come across.

The team at Vibox are amazing when buying a prebuilt pc it's very easy to get ripped off but these guys are not that type of company the components they use are solid and there experience and knowledge is unmatched the computer I purchased was a ryzen 5 3600 paired with a msi gtx 1660 super ventus oc the computer can play all of the latest titles at 60 and above the pc is a rock solid platform now onto ease of upgrades a lot of companies make it so there prebuilts are either impossible to upgrade or can only be upgraded through them not vibox though if your comfortable to do simple upgrades like ram a extra ssd and even fan upgrade they will talk you through it step by step going as far as taking pictures of rigs that are being built to show you how to do certain upgrades I am blown away with this company I would like to give Zack a special shout out because he has been my main point of contact when I have had a questions or when I am wanting to the upgrades that I have mentioned also when you place a order with these guys on amazon for example they don't pull a pc of the shelf and send it you they build it test it and send it out I am incredibly blown away from the service so if you need any help choosing what you need give the folks at vibox a call and they will help you and sort you out with computer that fits your needs.

The customer service was excellent, when I asked about what computer would be best for my son's birthday I was given lots of helpful advice. My son loves his new PC! I couldn't recommend enough.
