Really wish I’d checked trust pilot reviews as I had the same experience as others - clearly they drastically filter their own.
Don’t trust the claims of ‘easy returns’ and ‘30-day risk free trial’.
First they accidentally charge me twice, that’s fine accidents happen and I call it out immediately. They can’t stop the order processing so I get delivery of both and organise to return one - before they even arrive. They have not reimbursed me and I do not trust them enough to return the extra one I have. So now I’m out of pocket $500 and not happy with the products I have. Initially support was great, then they stopped responding once I said I’d lost the tracking receipt, despite being able to show I shipped it that morning. (I got home and had lost the receipt, which I promptly informed them of). Extremely disappointed.
I wouldn’t recommend the unit itself either because the pads do fall off - mine is only lightly used. The traditional units definitely work better and are available for much cheaper.
Ordered the Vibit but it didn’t help my plants fasciitis. No problem with the machine or delivery. However, when it came to the refund guarantee they were quick to advise how to send it back and tell me to get proof of postage. Then I had no response to my three emails I sent with that requested information. Only when I sent them a Facebook messenger, and started to post on their public advertising pages this weekend telling them to get in touch with me & stating they were ignoring my emails did I receive an email saying my refund was being processed. So the three stars is for their disappointing customer service, not the machine itself.
Still no replies to my 15 emails regarding my refund like others on here have sent proof of return with signature and dates, waiting since 8th July for £65.00 total fraud company
Device didn't work for me, emailed customer service for refund. I was asked to take a picture of return label with tracking number, which I did, and they could then refund my money. That was one week ago-device was delivered back to them 4 days ago. I have sent 3 follow up emails, no replies. Total Fraud company
Updated 9/10/24: Finally received my refund after harassing them on Facebook. They claimed they were having issues with their emails. Who knows, but will never order from them again.
Love love LOVE my Vibit! I have plantar fasciitis and have tried everything under the sun to try and help with the pain - even cortisone injections. I'm pretty reluctant to buy things off the internet but I'm so glad I gave the Vibit a go. I've only had it for a week but have decreased my pain by probably 70%!! Have recommended it to many friends already. Thank you Vibit!!
