Scam Scam Scam! I never even heard of them until they charged my card almost $900 it's been over 2 months and they will not respond to my bank. Saying to make me wait the full 120 days. This is the biggest scam company out there. Do not use them as you will be out money they allow thieves to use your card if they themselves are not in on it.

Scam company

Scam company. Offered a competition of flights, hotel and tickets to the Paris Olympics. 14 months later they haven’t fulfilled any of it, and offered a insultingly low cash alternative of £100 whilst accepting no liability and blaming an unknown third party company.

Also their CFO seems to be on annual leave for 90% of the year.

The site is horrible

The site is horrible, my friend and I bought tickets, and we never received them so we decided to first contact vibe, they told me to wait a little bit. I did that, but after a while I decided to contact the person who sold me the tickets.apparently the tickets were already sold to someone else, but they were still on the site. She was kind enough to send me back the money, but my friend and I send vibe emails, tweets and even a FB message, but they never answered us, but they were able to tweet on their twitter. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!

Absolutely awful experience!

Absolutely awful experience! Never received my tickets and when I tried to contact Vibe they ignored my emails and messages. When I finally got through to them I was told to contact PayPal. I will never be buying from this company again. My boyfriend had the same experience where all his tickets were refunded by the sellers as the tickets had already been sold. Absolute nightmare.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bought a ticket for an event on their website recently once I had realised that I was being scammed by the seller I tried to contact their customer service on Twitter on four separate occasions to just be ignored on each of those occasions luckily paypal were more helpful with this situation. Please avoid using this site at all costs!!!

Best ticket resellers

Vibe Tickets have been in the game for a few years now, and have built up an amazing reputation for themselves amongst their fans and following.

Word of mouth brings many new customers, that are left happy and satisfied with the service they have received.

They're reliable, trustworthy and work hard to fulfil their ethos. They will go out their way to provide you with the best experience and never hassell you. They genuinely provide the best ticket reselling service, with no hidden fees.

Luke Massie (founder) is active on social media making sure he and Vibe are providing the best outcome and service for their users and followers.

I would highly recommend Vibe to family and friends and anyone I meet that enjoy going to concerts, festivals or any major event where ticket sale is involved.

Simply the best!

I didn’t need to use their website yet, but I love their compassion, sense of humour and visible professionalism and passion - you can tell that Vibe Tickets is made for fans, by fans! They are a bunch of people who know exactly what (and how) they want to do, and that’s why they are the best when it comes to ticket market.

Works well

I've used the old app and the new website to get tickets to sold out gigs in London :) Prices can be varied, so I check. No fees is great :)

Full of scammers

Full of scammers. I lost £160 trying to buy off someone. I scrolled through the wanted listings a few days later and saw this same scammer commenting on every 'wanted' post. Vibe were far too slow in removing this person's account. I have messages from three other users who got scammed by the same person.

It's far too easy to set up fake accounts and dupe people out of their money. Very easy to bypass the simple verification process, basically you just need a phone. You don't need any proof of the ownership of tickets to list them, you can just list and sell anything. There's no specific details of the tickets for the buyers; seat numbers, face value, restrictions etc which is therefore breaking consumer law.

I will avoid this site/app from now on.

Worst ticket-buying experience of my…

Worst ticket-buying experience of my life. I buy loads of gig tickets through legitimate sellers and have done for years. I've only ever used a reseller once (Get Me In) and that was to sell tickets. I was hassled by them daily to provide proof of postage before they would release my money from the buyer. Compared to Vibe tickets, GetMeIn are like saints. I was pressured into buying a ticket for the Reading Festival for my son after his friends had all scored theirs already. I signed up to Vibe on his recommendation and found a seller, offering two tickets for £250 each. You offer a price and wait for it be accepted, so I offered £260 to try to seal it. My offer was accepted and I paid immediately by Paypal. I received one short message saying that the ticket would be posted ASAP. When nothing arrived a few days later, I messaged the seller to ask where it was. I was told it hadn't actually been posted as yet and to wait. I waited until the following Thursday (a week after buying) and messaged again, to receive one short sentence saying the ticket had been posted. Nothing arrived. The Reading Festival came and went and still nothing arrived. I contacted Vibe (actually I left a review on their facebook page and had a message from their customer service) and they told me to contact Paypal after they suspended the seller's account. That's it. No other comeback whatsoever. I am now waiting to find out whether Paypal will reimburse me the money I have lost. The problem with sites like Vibe is that there's no burden of proof of possession of any tickets before someone can easily set up an account on their site and sell to gullible idiots like me. Anyone can get a photo of a gig ticket off the internet and add it to their profile to 'show' they have tickets. You're relying totally on people not being rip off scamming b@stards, which in my case was what I was dealing with. There's a big movement for the reseller sites to be shut down or to do business differently, and Vibe don't seem to include themselves in that sector, but at least with GetMeIn there was a prerequisite need to prove postage and even delivery before the money was handed over. With the Vibe system it's even more loose, with sellers being paid immediately without having to show any form of proof of postage at all. Beware is what I would say to people trying to buy tickets last minute. Either that or get in early with proper ticket sellers and buy at face value.

Untrustworthy, bought tickets from someone who took money and didn't send anything and they did nothing to help and it's been over a year, still don't have my money back, not a good app as there is no way on knowing if the users are reliable
