The VIBE board served as a crucial educational tool for my program. At first, I was skeptical about its benefits and it's compatibility with other devices. However, it's proven to be a flawless and instrumental addition. Set-up was extremely easy. The board mounted perfectly on the stand. It's sturdy and the wheels allow for seamlessly movement. The attachable camera and stylus connected instantly. I loved the fact that only necessary apps were already pre-downloaded. Then, I added the apps from the app store when needed.
Best part is the interactive features to the Vibe board. My program is designed to teach adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities about professional development and job preparedness skills. My students were able to clock in and out on the vibe board, draw facial expressions to match the emotion provided, and develop digital literacy skills through video conferencing. My lessons took place in a barn and the Vibe board was a crucial piece of equipment which transformed the space into an ideal learning environment. I'm so grateful to have received grant money for this purchase.

Good Experience
We had a problem with the vibe board that we purchased 2 years ago from amazon.au. Vibe was unable to assist with repairing the unit. The experience from using the Vibe board over the last 2 years was so good that we purchased 2 more boards. Vibe provided a discount and promptly shipped.
My only suggestion would be to look at having a distributor based in Australia who can sell and support the product. It is a great product, price-wise very competitive. With a quality marketing campaign and distribution network, I think the product would do great here.
We love our Vibe board
We love our Vibe board! In meetings, we can share documents on the screen and handwrite notes and edits on the documents. Instead of strategizing on a white board or a flipchart, we can handwrite on the vibe board, erase easily, move text easily, and then share the final screens with everyone easily. We can put copies of those screens in our minutes or notes from meetings. It's fabulous! It makes my job as an executive assistant so much easier and serves the whole team well.
Lifesaver for homeschooling
This board has been a lifesaver for homeschooling! Not only are my kids able to watch but pause and write notes at the same time and screen save for study prep. My preschooler has taken advantage of being able to incorporate play with learning and is already establishing a live for learning thanks to the vibe board that helps bring textbooks to life through touch
No customer support
No customer support. They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to the online chat thing. You buy it and then you're on your own. It is incredibly complicated to actually get to see one of the boards that isn't right in front of you.

What has caused our dispute is that you cannot expect your Vibe board to last 2 years. 3 of our 4 vibe boards have failed in 1 1/2 years, just outside of warranty. How is this sustainable? Additionally, It is ridiculous to consider 20% a deep discount.

Our company is always looking to stay on the cutting edge of technology.
We've purchased (4) Vibe boards. They provide our team and clients, with an excellent interactive tool to help run our business.
Unfortunately, we just had our 3rd board fail out of our original 4. That is a 75% failure rate within a year and a half, 6 months out of their warranty period.
These boards need improvement before selling any more of them.
Beware of the poor quality of these units and the unwillingness of Vibe to stand behind them.

Hi! I'll start by saying I did 4 stars until I get to use the new board, our first board worked for a couple of weeks and had some software issues. However, the customer service is 5/5 stars!!! Excellent!!! They offered to give me guidance to update it but I couldn't because I'm the worst tech person! And I don't have an electronics store near. They sent out a new board and we're super fast! Absolutely amazing customer service! The board itself is great! It's heavy but the stand is fabulous! I may wall mount it eventually, but I enjoy the stand for now. My kids love it and my husband loves having roku hooked up to it! We use it for homeschooling, tv and movies, games, casting com out apple devices, etc. I do wish more things (apps) were compatible, but I think that will come eventually!

Well I think the quality of the screen is good honestly speaking. support is not their strongest attribute
The challenges are with the support services which you will need in order to get this thing working. I am a techy so trust me even a techy needs help.
The shipping problems are real they ship the board and the stand and the camera and the stylus from different places this was explained by the salesperson and the customer service rep.
So expect to get the pieces of your screen at different times. It like someone shipping your car in different pieces before you can drive it. They don't tell you this when you purchase .
should you get it well ill say this expect to be heavily inconvenience before you can use it. so you will need some patience and a lot of it
The screen is heavy much heavier than lets say your flat screen television.
You are sort of on your own when you get this
I advise you to keep the box as you may not be keeping this long.
Best product, best customer service
Vibe customer service is the best! Besides having the best product on the market, their empathy and compassion and compassion for serving those with disabilities is unprecedented! They have been amazing supporting my daughter who is deaf and very low vision, this is the first screen she has taken an interest in, and the teacher is able to enlarge the screen so she can see the items! Thank you for all you do! ❤️❤️
Do not order a Vibe from the home site - worst customer service experience
We ordered a bundled package (TV, stand and camera) Vibe on 8/8/22 and didn't receive it until the 16th. Upon arrival the camera was missing. Customer support was contacted and they said that they would be shipping them out at the end of the month - but they didn't notify us before hand, nor give us a date nor tracking info. I contacted them to ask if we could please have one sooner and they suggested I shop on Amazon, stating that it could show up on the weekend - when no one is at our work to receive it. I told them this and that I would wait for ours to arrive. 3 days after this request they said they would refund the camera. I explained that we still wanted it, three times, via email and they still refunded our money and never sent our camera. Hands down the worst customer service.
Android users will be disappointed.
Disappointed in the lack of attention given to Android users on a Chrome-based device. The Android app is severely lacking in features compared to Apple and there's no ability to use this giant screen as a Chromecast target (but you can use AirPlay for some inexplicable reason). Android app's QR-code login doesn't recognize the QR codes. When you try to download the Android apps, both QR codes take you to the Apple store (instead of one taking you to the Play store). The web-based casting (vibe.run) is okay at best but doesn't appear to transmit audio.
Users have to manually type their Google login credentials (and do 2-factor) every time they want to use the board, which is incredibly tedious for something designed to allow for quick meetings and collaboration.
The Google Workspace apps don't integrate with the login to the board, so you have to log in to Google accounts to use the board... then to use Meet... then to use Calendar... and so on.
We bought several of these instead of Surface Hubs because we're a Chrome/Google Meet/Google Workspace/Classroom shop and we're already severely regretting the decision. Video quality is fine, build quality is fine, but the ecosystem isn't fully developed and is leaving us with serious holes in functionality. Other than the ability to annotate with the pen, I'm not sure why I didn't just buy some nice TVs and Chromecasts.

Overall this is a good product. The reason for the 1 star is the fact that they made the $3,000 board obsolet in 2 years. All new products are not compatable with the older version. Even Apple still makes products compatable with older models. This markting ploy is garbage. If this is the case then there should be a turn in option so I can get the S1 model discounted. My wife and I have been loyal Vibe customers since they were founded. Have highly recommend there board to dozens of people, a lot of even bought one. Now I fell guilty recommending something that is basically a paper weight now. Can't get the new camera or any other accessories other than the stand. How is this not an issue? And who ok'd this?

I love that VIBE is committed to continually improving. I purchased my 75" board 5 months ago. At the time I made a few software suggestions to improve the functionality to meet my personal business needs. To my amazement, this week they released an update that addressed all of my suggestions. The product is amazing and all of my interactions with the people who work there (over email, phone and zoom) have been pleasant and eager to help. Keep up the great work.

My 75 inch Vibe Board ROCKS! It works great for process exercises, online training, in-person training and process of elimination prioritization work. I love that I can have multiple canvas options to switch back and forth to as issues come up in planning sessions. The customer service has been outstanding (very responsive). I could nick them a quarter of a point in the rating, simply because they are only available Pacific mountain time and there is a bit of a lag due to that. However, that is being just plain nit picky.
