Bad customer service

Tried to cancel order before it was shipped. I checked their tracking and it said it had not been processed yet let alone shipped. I contacted them via email and voicemail. They shipped it anyways. I finally got a response from them the day after I received it telling me to refuse delivery. As this was not possible they told me that I could return the package at my cost. I attempted to do this however the package came back to me saying the address I sent it to was vacant. I then had to pay more money for the return to sender fee. I am still waiting for another response from them. It takes days to get responses.

I ordered the easy stretch and was so…

I ordered the easy stretch and was so happy with socks but I’m a plain Jane and didn’t care for the prints. So I ordered the all black set. But I made a mistake and ordered the compression instead of the easy stretch. The compression is just too tight for me. I’ll donate the compression socks to an appropriate charity. You make a great product. As a senior on a fixed income I can’t afford to keep ordering them. I recommend them to all my friends. Thank you

Once bitten twice shy

I actually bought these socks twice; the first time, they were okay, but the quality of the next order was poor. They developed holes after one use, and they were really short for compression socks. I went on Amazon and bought some good socks, and I will not be buying Viasox in the future. Viasox did respond and tried to tell me the free socks they sent with the order should mitigate my problems, but they were obviously designed for a woman. I ordered black socks. How in hell would I want some fruity pair of patterned socks?

Non-support customer support

The only "support" this company offers is their "support socks" -- their "support" line for customers isn't. I ordered 15 pairs of their socks on January 2. By Jan 26 I still didn't have any socks, only peppy emails saying things like get ready, they're almost here! I reached out to the customer service and got the boilerplate answer that they'd be in touch within 48-72 hours. 72 hours later I still had no answers about where my order was, so I reached out again only to get another "48-72 hour" response. They finally did arrive even though I got no actual response from customer service.

The ankle and easy stretch are ok (so far) but I could not even get a toe into the compression socks. Mind you, I ordered per their sizing. In inquiring about returning them, I was referred to the FAQ page which states no refunds! Nice!

So they get 2 stars because I did get all 3 parts of the order, and 2 "may" be okay ... we'll see. If I were to do it again, I would not buy from this company, in fact I won't be buying from them again.

Not durable

Socks are good but after three washes look like I’ve had them for years. Fading, pilling and not as tight. Great offers but not sure about long term.

I purchased 5 pairs of viasox before…

I purchased 5 pairs of viasox before Christmas. They came and they did not fit, nor did they feel soft. I contacted the company for a return. I was told I would receive a response in 48-72 hours. It was about 3 weeks. I was told they did not take returns, but they wanted to make me happy. They decided to give me two more pairs of socks. as a courtesy. I had no way of trying on the socks, or feeling the fabric, but I was expected to buy without any recourse. I should have read their returns policy and that is on me. I have looked into other compression socks sites for their returns policies. I have found that if you order the wrong size, they will send you a new pair in the correct size and ask you to please donate the ones that you cannot use. That seems more reasonable since there is no way to make sure of the size unless you try them. I first contacted them Dec 10, and just got a final response today. 1/26/26

LIKE TO GAMBLE? BUY VIASOX!

Company does not do what I was promised.
Take a Gamble buy Viasox.
You may get what you ordered or not.
$96. purchase followed by an e-mail by me requesting to cancel as i did not place that big an order and sizes were incorrect.
Told in transit could not cancel, once received send it back and we will refund immediately
Paid UPS $17.39 to return order on 1-7-26 and they received order on 1-13-26 and they have not yet refunded me or contacted me in any way.
I will dispute with AMEX as I have all supporting documentation of previous e-mails, receipts, etc.
Don't GAMBLE WITH VIASOX!

Extremely Poor Customer Service

I bought 5 pairs of compression socks and gave some away as Christmas gifts. I love the compression socks. I recently bought 5 pairs of crew socks and after washing and drying according to instructions, some of the threads were loose on the crew socks. The company did not reply to my email for about 10 days and then asked for pictures of the socks, the cardboard wrapper, etc. I had already thrown away the cardboard wrapper for each pair and because I am almost blind I cannot take a picture of the socks and send it via email. When I told them this I received no message back. I am very disappointed in the socks and especially in the customer service.

I received a reply to my review and it sounds like all the other replies - says nothing and the company does not want to help anyone. I think it is written by AI. Company just lost another couple of stars in my opinion.

I loved the socks I received

I loved the socks I received. I cannot however find the collection of Snoopy Winter socks. I keep getting ads and messages that they are back in stock, but when I look cannot find them anywhere- says no item exists. I’ve given up, even tho I’d love to order them.😢

No value for money, not a Canadian company

Not thrilled. The socks are ok but don’t meet the quality of other brands. I’d return the 4 unused unopened pairs - I bought them under the buy two get three free promotion - but I see returns are not accepted.

The Facebook ad said this is a Canadian company. I doubt it - no such claim was made on their website. I suspect it’s a drop ship entity with a distribution point in Mississauga & no more than that. C’mon … that doesn’t make this a Canadian company.

So two reasons not to waste your money : mediocre product with no returns for unopened merch & dishonest advertising. At least my regrets cost me less than $75 this time.

Edit to add : saw Viasox reply. Disappointed they don’t offer to accept return of the unused and unopened socks. I won’t be a return customer. But you knew that already.

Bad customer service

Most of the socks I received are very comfortable and fit great.
There has been lots of inconsistency in the sizing.
I made a complaint about 2 pairs of the snoopy socks, they agreed to replace them with any color I wanted , they were going to send me 3 pairs of socks. I never received the socks, I have sent multiple emails with their customer service department only replying to one. I am very frustrated with this company and as of now I would not recommend buying from Viasox.
I am disappointed that I have to write this review because the socks that are well done fit really well and comfortable.

I fell for the hype - don't do the same!

I ordered multiple pair in their buy one get one promo on Instagram. I fell for the hype and I am hoping I prevent anyone else from doing them same. These are not quality socks. The knee high socks don't even fit. They are so tight and the ankle socks are way too big and uncomfortable to wear in a shoe. Buy your socks elsewhere and don't fall for the hype. No returns is outrageous! Based on the reply this company should be ashamed. They clearly are placating customers and take no responsibility for duping people and taking their money for a product of poor quality.

I bought 5 pairs of one if the printed…

I bought 5 pairs of one if the printed styles. I wear a size 5.5. I bought S M. I am sliding in my slippers.
They dont respond to my voice mails or emails. Horrible customet service. They are very warm and comfortable but not in slippers. I have osteoarthritis in big tie and mortons n. I cant have so much fabric.they don't fit. I kniw exchanges and returns they wont take. I threw out the Viasox plastic package.

Do Not Purchase Here

On January 4, 2026, I placed an order under the promotion buy 1 get 3 free. On January 4 they took the money out of my account. I frequently tried to get the shipping status with "Ship" and it always indicated "Waiting for Details". I left several phone messages with the Customer Service since no one answers that phone. I have sent several emails listing my issues. I checked Ship on January 21, 2026 and there is no record of order for shipment. I pulled up the Order History and it shows the correct Order Number, the correct date of order, under Payment Status it shows "Paid". But under the Fulfillment Status it now shows Unfulfilled. I have funds removed from my bank account and NO merchandise from January 1 to January 21. I think this company works out of Canada and I am ready to report them to Completion Bureau Canada, Better Business Bureau Canada, Provincial Consumer Protection in their province. All I want is either my Order or my money refunded to my account.

I can't even wear mine

I can't even wear mine without my legs feeling like they'll fall asleep or start to hurt. When I try to get in contact with anyone, I'm left ghosted after being promised they would help within two to three days. I didn't know they weren't returnable when the card given with my package says I can contact and get it fixed. I feel like this purposely ignore customers so the 14 day time limit on helping expires and they can't do shit after that. Along with the fact the actual website only has glowing reviews says all I need to know about how they feel about negative reviews.

Socks slide up & came off my toes

Socks came off my toes, and stick up in the air like the witch toes in Wizard of Oz. I had a very hard time putting them on and pulling them up as well, with the compression knee high Viasox. I bought the size down as suggested, because I am between their sizes. I went up in size with another brand knee high and the toes came off in those as well. So I believed that was the issue. So when the ankle Viasox seemed a bit smaller when I put them on, I figured they'd be good. Alas no. The toes came off on those too. Buy 2 get 3 free for over $63 was no bargain for me. I took pics of the ankle pair on my feet.

I was not aware of the no cancellation…

I was not aware of the no cancellation or refund policy. Till I placed the order, and immediately tried to cancel. They could be donated.... After spending 60 dollars on them which was a lot for me, I can't get them over my leg. Where's the stretch?? Now I'm stuck. I ordered the size it said. Buyer be ware.

Terribly managed business with no customer service

Their website states that fulfillment takes 3-4 business days, with delivery taking 5-12 business days. I ordered on December 2 as a Christmas presesnt. I used Shop.com to track the order, and after 23 days, it was still not filled. I contacted them by email and through their website multiple times with no response. After 6 weeks, I filed a complaint through Shop.com and started posting bad reviews on Facebook. Suddenly, the order was shipped.
