Your product seemed to be made well. However, I failed in installing it! The heavy or thick film cam loose as I was taping it to the computer. From that point I’m not sure what went wrong, but I was unsuccessful. I was really looking forward to a non glare screen.

ViaScreens have offered excellent service. I did not succeed in putting on the screen protector correctly and I contacted support. They offered me to send a new package for just the shipping cost.

Support is easily available and is quick to respond to any question. So highly recommended.

Had trouble installing screen protector on my kenwood head unit and wrote a negative review..
Via screen promptly reached out to me and sent me another complete kit. I finally got it installed properly. And so far, so good. I'm happy with it. And even more impressed with their customer service.

It's good to have in mind that this (privacy) screen protector works, it does that by making worse your viewing experience, it makes a weird and darker effect on the screen.

On time fast delivery, product fits perfectly and it's matte with a paper feel as advertised, which is nice on the eyes and true to the original screen for the NXTPAPER 11.

The paper matte screen protector is excellent. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to research the installation process because none came with it.

the screen was not at all ‘paper like’, looks and feels like plastic like every other screen, waste of money

Only supplier i could find for a matte paperlike screen cover for my Dell laptop. They send two in case you mess up the installation on first attempt. But the video instructions were great and i only needed the first one. Now i can write neatly with a stylus and my students are much happier! Perfect product.

The protection film does not fit to actual screen.

The product did not cover my entire computer, and was sent back. I would like a refund.

Apple, unfortunately, hasn't offered the "matte" screen on option MacBooks for several years. To workaround this limitation I've used third-party products like the Moshi (iVisor) and ViaScreens (Matte) to reduce eye strain. I've used the former for years, but at the time of this writing didn't offer the product for newer MacBooks. Thankfully, ViaScreens offered a similar product for current MacBook lineup.

Properly applying the screen covers is notoriously challenging as there is little room for error with alignment and dust particles, fingerprints or smudges being caught between the screen and the cover.

ViaScreens has a video of how they've tackled these challenges with a step by step process of how to avoid the above mistakes. I'm aware of these potential mistakes, as I've been through the process several times in the past!

In the past, I've ordered the matte (anti-glare) screen cover before the new computer arrives, so that I can apply it out of the box, before the computer has even been turned on, more importantly before it's been exposed to dust and fingerprints. However, this time I didn't after the computer had been in use, in a somewhat dusty location. ViaScreen provided a kinda sticky tape to remove dust and a cloth to wipe the screen. Their instructions are clear. If you carefully follow their process (rewind/replay the video as necessary), I think you'll be satisfied with the results :)

I've been using the ViaScreen cover on MacBook about daily for about a month and everything has been great! There are zero issues.

In short, I recommend the ViaScreens matte screen cover.

Good screen protector, however naming was slightly misleading, as I thought a 'paper screen protector' are those which feel like paper when written on, which is sadly not the case here.

Great customer service. They were able to provide me with the right product for my laptop.
