HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My husband placed an order on January 4th and just yesterday let us know one of the products was out of stock and they were just now shipping it 2 weeks later. When tracking the order, the label was printed and created the 4th (the day we ordered) and nothing else is updated. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I was contacted by a customer service manager and my order was rushed and delivered without any issues. Late yet but was assured it would not happen again and was offered a great deal on my next order. I have used the products they sent me and everything works perfect and looks perfect injected.

Exemplary Customer Service!
I have placed large orders with VianaCare and I've received nothing but exemplary customer service from them. Given I'm located in Hong Kong, the orders have shipped and arrived really fast, and I've always received prompt feedback from them if I've ever emailed with a question.
I will say they went the extra mile today when I received a call from the Operations Manager, Martin Frank, regarding a request I had pertaining to my order. I haven't written a TrustPilot review before, but I felt compelled to after Martin handled my request graciously & promptly!
Although I have seen some less than spectacular reviews, I would just say if there is an issue, please give VIANA a chance to fix it. They have done right by me and I'm now not just a loyal customer because they have the products I need, but also because their customer service has been superb!

Good afternoon, I made a purchase of two separate orders back on Dec 31. I received one package but the other one was held up in customs.
I have tried to contact you but unfortunately, noone was in the office from January 7-10th.
I spoke with customs today and requested for shipment to be returned. I have read you FAQS and I am asking for a refund.
Also, if I was to purchase again, customs advised that the shipper declare all products/goods in the commercial invoice.
Commercial invoice must have the following:
1) Detailed description of goods/products
2) Correct/true Value for each goods/products
3) Exact end use for each goods/products
4) Name and Address of Manufacturer
5) Correct/true Quantity
Also, shipper must provide, List of Ingredients use or MSDS.
Also, please note that in the request #13517 I attached two different bank statements for both orders. I am asking for both receipts due to only receiving one.

Edit: As you can see below. There is a response and I feel better so am upping the score to a 3. If I have the product by Monday (North America Monday) I will up it to a 5. As far as DHL goes, that is where the link they provided took me and as of Sunday morning it still does. Plus, when I go to Fedex, the package hasnnt even been picked up yet. This however is their problem: “ I have never received any sort of request from you regarding this” because I left two voice mails and at least one email which I have in my sent file. Again, the biggest issue seems to be communication. If they are going to be shutdown for a few days, let us know well ahead of time because it becomes a scheduling issue. I'm not home everyday. I'm still confident they will come through in the end.

I am willing to upgrade this score but I ordered yesterday and the tracking number isn't recognized by DHL. How does that happen? Plus today they post that no one is in the office from the 7th to the 10th. So, no one can answer an email? I don't believe that. I noticed there is a public holiday in Korea from the 11th to 13th. Terrific. Is the next announcement going to be they are closed those days, too? That would have been handy to know earlier because I'm in and out of town so the dates matter. Furthermore, Martin told me to get a hold of him for free goodies to compensate for past difficulties. Those attempts were ignored. I ordered anyway because they always come through but lately the quality of service, which was excellent, has dropped. Disappointed again. Communication is terrible. I'd give a zero if I could at this point.

They are for real! My order got from Korea to Florida in less than 3 days. The products are authentic. Their customer service is awesome and responds to questions within a couple of hours. Placed a second order yesterday and it has already been picked up by the shipper and is in transit.

This is my fifth time ordering ,I ordered on December 1st and received a tracking number that did not mach DHL,but then I was notified through email that it is going to be handled via UPS,but I guess due to covid 19 and the holidays Viana care has been busy ,so finally the tracking showed my package has been located in the states.I received and email from VIANA CARE ,as well letting me know my box was shipped on December 14,I received it today December 17 and my Botox were still cold.Thank you Chinar and everyone at your office.
To all of you whom are worried trust me you will get your orders pretty soon,and enjoy it. I just wish they would communicate better and explained it earlier .

Communication isn’t the best but their products are!
I placed an order 4 days ago & haven't heard back yet. They have great product but there is no communication yet they can take your money in an instant. Will change my review if things change. I understand with covid there is delays but this is ridiculous no one has emailed me or responded to my email.
They reached out a few days later explaining delays. Product is scheduled to be delivered by the 21st. I’ve purchased product a few different times the products are always amazing.

I ordered on Dec. 04, 2020, the very next day I received a UPS Tracking # however it still only said UPS Ready for Scheduled Delivery- there is no new information for tracking. The label was created on 12/03/2020?
I'm very concerned I wont receive my package.
I received an email today 12/10/2020 saying it was just shipped however UPS tracking does not reflect this.
VianaCare has sent me an email with the tracking #, but there has been zero progress.

Have been trying to place an order since Nov 25, 2020 keep getting error
I have been trying to place an order since Black Friday. An affiliate member recommended Vianna care and I also watched many videos that also recommended Viana care. I tried to place a large order order and the Vianna care system would not complete my order. It kept getting hung up at the part where I input my payment information. I received the authorization from my credit card company the first night however the system kept saying try again later. I keep getting the same payment processing error. I have sent countless emails and even called and no response. I tried placing new orders and that didn’t work. I called my bank and the assured me the issue is with Vianacare. I wanted to try some of the products recommend so I placed an order with another company that was recommended and the payment went right through and I received the order. I have since tried again and I am still getting the same errors and unable to get any kind of an order placed or an response from anyone until I asked an affiliate if they were having any issues and explained what was happening. I finally received an email basically asking me to go to the bank wire money. How inconvenient. Why would I want to do this? I wouldn’t want to have to do this each time to place an order. It’s to bad I was really hoping to use Vianna care and hope that they can figure out what is going on. it is so frustrating and time consuming trying to deal with something that should be very simple.
