There is NO SUPPORT on weekend’s nights
There is NO SUPPORT when you arrive after hours on weekends. No one will answer the phone. Viajemos.com does not provide a valid phone number of the car rental company, so you’re basically left stranded, on your own and without transportation. It took me an hour-long phone call to submit a claim. In my case, I arrived later than the established time because MY FLIGHT GOT DELAYED. If you’re flying on a shuteye flight, bring extra cash, just in case your left without transportation on the first day of your vacation.
