Extremely dishonest, they will do everything possible to make your life harder. Communication is terrible and fees for cancelling or changing are a lot worse then they advertise. Don’t use them

Never ever book with Viajanet
The worst service I've ever had with a company. I travel a lot and with many companies but I was never treated so bad as with ViajaNet. No phone number available, only email and the time you have to wait for response is crazy. Also they try to charge you for more money when you want to use a voucher then the value of the ticket online.
I will never book with this company ever again. Bad bad bad 👎

Viajnet can't be reached- need to reschedule a fligh
We purchased a ticket through Viajnet for Air Canada for my Girlfriend to travel to Canada. The flight has to be re-scheduled, Air Canada is on board, but Viajnet CANNOT be reached. We have tried emails, calls (there is no support line), and Viajnet won't respond. We are considering legal action

CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM
CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM. MY PARENTS HAD A RESERVATION CANCELED LESS THAN 24 H BEFORE THEIR FLIGHT WITH NO EXPLANATION. THEY WON'T ANSWER EMAILS OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION WAY I TRY. UNBELIVABLE.
