Temu products that they sell way more expensive. Products look nice on pictures, but it’s cheap plastic when it arrives. The retur police is also bad and expensive.

Order handling and delivery was no issue but the product was really useless, so waste of money.

Online recording through app freezes very offen. Video quality is low, specially in low light.
Very complicated to connect camera to WiFi.
Short battery life

Unfortunately, the jacket runs small. The color is also different to the picture (it's purple and I wanted blue)) In hindsight, I would have bought a size larger and ordered the jacket in bright blue.

Företaget skriver att de bara levererar inom Sveriges gränser, vilket får en att tro att det är ett svenskt företag. Det är det inte. Telefonnumret går till Nederländerna, men lagret ligger i Kina. De skriver "Räkna med att din beställning sätts i rörelse inom 1-2 arbetsdagar efter att du bekräftat köpet."
Det kan lätt få en att tro att det är leveranstiden. Det är det inte. Totalt tar det flera veckor innan din beställning når dig.
När du väl fått det, och om du vill returnera det, så kommer nästa scam. Du måste returnera det till Kina, och betala returfrakten själv, även om de inte alls hållit utlovas leveranstid, eller om produkten är defekt. Men det vet du inte förrän du plockar ur produkten ur sin förpackning, eller hur? Såvida det inte är fel färg. Och OBS: om det är underkläder, så får du inte öppna den förseglade förpackningen, för då har du ingen returrätt. De betraktar reklamationer som ånger, oavsett vad man skriver. De försöker få dig att inte returnera, genom att avskräckande beskriva att du måste betala returfrakt och ev till själv, och att det kan ta 30 dagar att få pengarna tillbaka. Du erbjuds först 10% tillbaka och att få behålla produkten, sedan 30% tillbaka och få behålla produkten, alternativt 75% i kredit/varucheck hos dem. Slutligen 50% tillbaks eller 100% i kredit/varucheck hos dem.

The company writes that they only deliver within Sweden's borders, which leads one to believe that it is a Swedish company. It isn't. The phone number goes to the Netherlands, but the warehouse is in China. They write "Expect your order to be put into motion within 1-2 business days after you confirm the purchase."
It can easily lead one to believe that it is the delivery time. It isn't. In total, it takes several weeks before your order reaches you.
Once you get it, and if you want to return it, then comes the next scam. You have to return it to China, and pay the return shipping yourself, even if they didn't keep the promised delivery time at all, or if the product is defective. But you won't know that until you take the product out of its packaging, right? Unless it's the wrong color. And NOTE: if it is underwear, you must not open the sealed package, because then you have no right of return. They regard complaints as regrets, regardless of what you write. They try to get you not to return, by discouragingly describing that you have to pay return shipping and possibly more yourself, and that it can take 30 days to get the money back. You are first offered 10% back and to keep the product, then 30% back and to keep the product, alternatively 75% in credit/goods check with them. Finally 50% back or 100% in credit/goods check with them.

Wrong color product (fleecelinen) and slow customer service. Tehty promised to send me new, but still waiting…

I bought 2 of these as I got an offer for the second pair for the half of the price.
The package came from China. The shoes were NOT as described! They were plastic and lightweighted. Do not by from here I just lost 60 Euro.

Ordered a smart watch, waited nearly a month, received it, not working, emailed a few times …… no response. Have now given it to NietBezorgd.nl. Who will investigate etc
