Customer Service worked it out
There was a glitch in my transaction, but customer service was kind enough to work it out. I was unhappy with the purchase , but due to their customer service I am now happy and was taken good care of.

Decrease in quality / Recipe change?
I've purchased Viactiv before and they were great. The taste and texture seems to have changed. I believe this is the case as this time, the chews were sticking to the wrapper and seemed slightly melted and deformed. I have never experienced that before. Also, the digestive benefits seem to have diminished. I was disappointed.

Awesome!
The free sample I received came at an incredible price and was not only delicious but noticeably improved my gut health. I didn't continue my subscription because Viactiv is a bit too pricey for me, but I'm really glad I tried it!

Need a refund
When I got a trial order (not free), they signed me up for a prescription without me knowing and charged me nearly $30 for the next order. I never activated my account and saw nothing about the subscription when getting the trial. The product doesn’t work at all either. Overall disappointed 😕

I tried and did not like. i still have original container almost full. I just got notification that they are sending again. I did NOT sign up for a subscription. Disputing charges with PayPal. Did not work for me.

We are sorry you did not like the product. Yes...when you signed up for the Free Trial, you signed up for automatic shipments every 6 weeks...but it can be cancelled at any time. We have cancelled your subscription for you and refunded you for the last order that you were notified about.
They work
They work as far as I can tell, they help my stomach.
I am happy there are no gums, locust bean, carrageenan and other crap that are in the products.
