NO TRANSPARENCY

NO TRANSPARENCY!

Worst insurance company I have had in NL.

I submitted 4 health claims with this insurance. I do not know why, but only 2 were successfully filed (what happened with the other 2? No idea).

From those 2, I received a confirmation that the claims were filed, but they dont tell you ANYTHING regarding the claims besides the $ amount. You dont know which claim is it, what did you wrote, date, NOTHING!

I received an email saying that my GP claims were denied. Why? For what reason? under what statement? NOTHING!!!!!!!!

I am really really frustrated and disappointed with this company. The WORST I have used in my life.
