They permanently banned my account due…
They permanently banned my account due to a misunderstanding chargeback. Chumba casino customer service said I would receive communication directly from an independent collections agency with instructions on how to settle the transactions. This communication could take upwards of 10 business days to arrive. We will happily review your account for potential reinstatement. I asked them how to settle? But they said there is nothing I could do that I'm permanently banned from the chumba casino. why did you even say I would receive the communication on how to settle the transactions?
