Jewelry is beautiful, only reason it's not 5 stars is because in my opinion, the necklace is a bit more dainty than expected. Great quality and fast delivery, will purchase again!

I sent an email a week after receiving my jewelry about repairs or a replacement and no one ever responded to my email. This is very dissatisfying. My bracelet broke the first week after wearing it only once.

3rd time having a delay and the company will not allow me to receive my refund after 2 attempts through the postal service. It seems like the company would know at this point high price items through postal service is slim to none with receiving your product. Hommes Oro believes strongly in the post service however they do not value the meaning of customer service. It seems all they care about is profit and convenience for their operations. Unacceptable! The service is disgusting!
Both chains and bracelet are 1 to small. It says 18k platted on the advertisement but doesn’t either chain nor bracelet, I don’t care for how the links are put together, it looks a little cheaply done, like bubble gum machine jewelry. The rest of it looks solid though.

The return policy is misleading. They claim you can return the product, but you must read the fine print. If the product is discounted, you cannot return it, which is the case for most products currently on sale. I’ve attached the terms below.
Our return policy states that final sale items cannot be returned. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit. We apologize for any confusion.
The discount is indicated by the red numbers next to the product image.

The Lifetime guarantee is real. My clasp on my necklace was not connecting and I contacted customer service to see if they could repair it or replace the clasp for me. They did one better, they reminded me of my lifetime guarantee and replaced my necklace with the same product but with an updated clasp. I was very happy and am proud to be a customer.

All eyes on me... literally everywhere I go with my Riviera set and Motley set. Nothing but compliments the women's love them, the man's want them, themselves. Walking, driving, when the Sun hit them stones, there's no words to describe it. Piece of HEAVEN on earth...

Their return policy is misleading and hidden. It's posted like its a warranty for defective product when it isn't. You activate the warranty and your piece is ONLY replaced AFTER you pay a fee that is $30+. Don't think you defective piece is getting replaced for free. You are essentially buying a replacement piece at cost when you see how the quality plays out.
I purchased a Motley set a year and half ago (Christmas 2024) and 2 other regular gold chains in June of last year. Definitely did not purchase product "years ago." I also have a few chains from other websites (that I am now switching my business over to.) Thus, I don't wear these often especially the motley set because it's so ornamental and not an everyday piece. The 2 gold chains, I actually lost those and forgot them in my luggage and just realized I had them still (that's how many pieces I have).
Products only have about a 6 month life span of light to moderate wear. After that, your piece will most likely have stones that have fallen out and the metal will become dull.
Pieces are nice when brand new though. Well crafted just no longevity in the pieces and the warranty is weak one at best especially considering the price and durability. The clasps on all my pieces have been wonky. Only one chain clasp has been fine and that's the one with a regular old school claw clasp.

The color and size of the stones are not the same as the first one I bought but the clasp is much better.

What a pain! Item still has yet to show up. They want you to run all over , post office, neighbors, all would have been avoided had they sent it with signature required!!! But no they did not! Bought it over a month ago and still waiting for its arrival!!! I’m just returning it once it shows up, or should I say IF IT SHOWS UP!
