DO NOT USE THEM

I would NEVER use this if I am you. They never show up and my mother literally missed two appointments because of their incompetence. My mother's (85 demented) health deteriorated because she couldn't get to the doctor because they never sent a car. They will be getting a class action from my lawyer.

Do not use this company. You will regret it.

This is very possibly the most unreliable company I have ever worked with. Contact information gives two separate phone numbers, 2 different addresses to mail documents and 3 separate emails. Recently on hold with them over 50 minutes.
The information they give to patients is completely contrary, beginning on page one. They do not honor, but one option which is riding their bus. The option to have someone else transport you with their own vehicle, is not honored or considered.

Your mileage reimbursement logs signed by your doctor mean absolutely nothing. You will NOT be reimbursed.
This morning, I spoke with possibly one of the rudest customer service people ever. He spoke over the top of me, interrupted me and even insulted me.
Do NOT recommend. They are a complete and total fail, give confusing, contrary, and misinformation to their patients. To summarize, THEY. LIE. Do not trust anything they say.
And best of luck getting past the automated system to talk to a person

On Monday 5/13/2024

On Monday 5/13/2024, my partner, took a Veyo from our home to a medical procedure. She left her keys in the Veyo, by mistake. Because the key fob had an Apple tracker on it, we were able to track the multiple locations the Veyo went to.

As far as we can tell, he did a lot of pickups in the Rural Road and University area. He then went home. He lives around 127th Ave North of Camelback where the keys stayed until the next morning. Rather than return the keys to the Veyo lost and found, he decided on Tuesday morning to throw them in the trash at the Quick Trip located at 918 E Baseline Road. We had to "dumpster dive" in the Waste Mgt dumpster at that location and eventually found the keys, via the Apple tracker on the key ring.

This driver needs to be terminated due to his actions. Rather than turn the keys in, or call Emily stating he had her keys, he chose to through them in the trash. This cause us to go through a 8x8x5 trash dumpster filled with discarded food, medical wastes and other disgusting items. to retrieve her keys, which included home keys, mailbox keys, and keys to her place of employment.

If this is the type of drivers you hire, maybe a news story on a local TV station will inform the public not to use Veyo.

Advice from a Current Driver- DON'T SIGN UP!!!!

This company needs a complete overhaul. Signing up and Orientation went well but driving has been a nightmare. Driver Support is a joke. They pay you for the first part of the bonus to entice you, but for the 2nd and 3rd part of the bonus, they have you chasing your tail. No one is available in management to assist you via phone. Everything must be done via email. I have been waiting for 5 days for a response as it relates to my pay and the lack thereof of rides canceled due to no-shows. I am putting a hell of miles on my brand-new vehicle and can't even get the darn $3.00 for the convenience of members not canceling their ride requests. I have submitted a fare review for every canceled ride and that is not good enough. They want drivers to get discouraged with the reporting process so that they can keep more money in their pocket because they are billing the insurance company ride or no show. The company fails to tell you that many of these members are drug heads and or homeless in Phoenix. Then the members have the nerve to want to act privileged like they are paying you. This was a big mistake, and I am D-O-N-E!!!!!

THIS COMPANY NEEDS BETTER REPRESENTATIVES. THERE ARE A FEW THAT YOU NEED TO CHECK INTO. Very disrespectful, do not know how to handle customer issues and concerns and resolve issues. The customer Service, in particular one person whom called herself “ Moe”, is very disrespectful. Will drop your call if you are having a problem. I had an issue with the Jaguar company where they would not pick me up and would not call and mark me as a no-show. However I was always ready to go waiting. “ MOE” would not contact Jaguar, and just drop the phone call when I tried to explain. I then had to wait to Speak to a Supervisor whom confirmed that Jaguar was in fact checking me off as a No- Show but in fact they said it was a mistake on their part. I had issues with Moe and her hanging up on multiple occasions. You need to conduct an investigation on this representative. This is unacceptable.

How Many More Times

What went wrong this time? THIS TIME? My partner has Stage 3 Breast Cancer. Today is the 3rd time that we have had to reschedule this appointment. THIS APPOINTMENT...as in this isnt the only appointment that this has happened, Out of 9 appointments, over a 6 week time span we have made it to two on the originally scheduled day. One of those two actually had been rescheduled , for later in the day so truth be told 8 out of 9 appointments had to be rescheduled. I apologize. Thats incorrect, it was actually MORE than that. These are "TRIPS" im referring to, and I say this because for example; today we had 3 appointments scheduled for this 1 trip. Ive already typed more than I had intended, however I feel its imperative that I let all who read this know just what kind of company we are trusting our loved ones with.
So, 3 appointments were scheduled in late November and into early December. The last of those being a PET Scan. That scan had to be rescheduled because even though we got that confirmation text message, no driver showed up. So the next appointment was out into late December. True to form, we had to reschedule because the person I spoke with to book the ride was a bona fide moron. Now we run into the holidays, next available appointment date? January 2nd.! The appointment was scheduled for today the 3rd. Now, why was it cancelled? we were supposed to leave at 7:40 to make it there by 9:30. Anywho, the didnt show up AGAIN!!! This is because the company called at 6am to see if we needed the ride, and low and behold we were sleeping and didnt hear the phone. They decided to cancel our trip! CANCEL OUR TRIP!!!! So if you ask me, this company needs to be taken to court and be held accountable. An utter shame. Shame on you Veyo! SHAME ON YOU!

Veyo bad experience

Everything you will do is online or using the app. You start using Veyo app, and then they switch to another app call it MTM link driver if you are a driver. The make the things so confusing a lot. Veyo app is just for documentation only, and MTM Link Driver is for driver. They said that you can make your on schedule but it is not true, they make it for you. I never start it because the made a schedule that i never request it someone did it. Customer were waiting for me all day, i did not know about. I was so sad because of this company dispatcher did bad job, and make patients waiting of a service that never offer.

Mom had a Doctors Appt yesterday and was not picked up by Veyo. My home maker took me home in my wheelchair 1 hour her walking. The service of Veyo Program in Connecticut is awful. They should be fired! They are just as bad in 2023 as they were in 2019 when CEO went to Legislature to say they made improvement. What a lie!

This company should be shut down

This company should be shut down. Nothing is ever right. I drive myself to medical appointments. I haven't been reimbursed for my gas in over 5 weeks. I send in slips ever 12 - 14 days. I go from and to the same place everyday. I've called over to many times to count wasting my time. Everyone is incompetent and they never take fault or have ever fixed anything. The government needs to shut this crooked company down. Pissed in Wisconsin !!!!!@

Amazing story

I came to Veyo after working with three different NEMT companies in my near two decades of being in this industry and I must say this is the absolute best one by far.
The money is good and distance in trips is good most of the time. Yes I have those trips that are less than 5 miles but hey I'm paid an automatic $5.60 for it even if it's only two miles. And when I do have the smaller trips I look at it this way I'll just keep racking up $5 bucks at a time. At the end of the day it all adds up, yes it's probably gonna take me a little longer to hit my daily goal but I'll still get there regardless.
The referral bonus is nice as well and is paid automatically which is nice, no waiting.
The only bad thing I would have to mention is the lame cancellation fee - if I follow procedure waiting the 5 minutes then yes I'll be paid $3 but those don't pay automatically and have to go through the verification process of the admin side. Sometimes I won't see it being added for 3 weeks, to get around that is I don't waste MY RESOURCES if they don't answer. I'm sorry it has to be this way but again it's MY RESOURCE (vehicle, gas, time etc) I'm having to use to get them done.
Other than that I'm making great money and actually enjoying what I do again, driving medical transportation.

Cmon veyo

We send these in because we need the help with gas.. waiting for weeks and sometimes not even getting paid at all.. that’s unacceptable. If we send this in by Friday we should have the money by Tuesday.

Mileage Reimbursement

This company is no better than the one they took over!!!! They encourage you to use Your Own Vehicle, but they pay u Pennies on a dollar and take forever to pay you. For Instance, You Send In Your Slips, you don't receive payment for 2-3 weeks after!!!! WHY? WHEN THE ECONOMY IS LIKE THIS? AS WELL AS THE GAS PRICES... THEN THEY HAVE NON PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TAKING CALLS HANGING UP ON YOU.#ANGRYINWISCONSIN
