I received a cheap, poor quality pair of shoes of which one of the velcro straps had fallen off & the shoes looked liked they'd been screwed up in the rubbish. I paid £34.60 for this load of rubbish. Veylaco offered me 60% discount if I kept the shoes as they gave no return address & guess what, they are now unable to be contacted by email. Warning don't entertain this company in any way!!! They are a complete sham
After reading the terrible reviews. I was just glad the shoes turned up at all!
The shoes that arrived were smaller than they should have been. Veylaco ignores their own stated returns policy and the distance selling laws and flat-out refuses to process a return.
Ordered two pairs of trainers
OrthoStep | Orthopaedic Comfortable Shoes × 2
Blue / Brown EU 45 / UK 12.
When they arrived it was obvious they were too small.
I contacted customer service , they asked for a photo of the product.
I obliged by sending a photo alongside another one of my shoes to prove how small in comparison the new trainer was ,around 3 inches smaller.
Customer service said unable to return due to there refund policy
Nearly £60 pounds wasted
😠
Ordered some of the bamboo pants, that took about 10 days to arrive. They had no paperwork and no tag or labelling on the pants showing the size. I ordered large and having now measured them, received small. Emailed in to ask for replacement or refund and was told that the order was correct. I have had a 10 email back and forward exchange with what is clearly AI. Unable to get through to a human. They have offered 50% off my next order but refuse to acknowledge that there has been a mistake. The reviews on their advertising must be fake, don`t be fooled like I was.
I should’ve know better but my feet were aching and it was late at night, saw orthopaedic shoes for half price and impulse bought…..well, shoes did arrive at least so I hadn’t been completely scammed, but they’re only really good if you’re a Barbie doll.
