DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VEVOR!!! they sold me a pottery wheel 200+ euros. Arrive with a broken pedal and a bended plate that wobbles! I try to contact them EVERYWHERE but they just reply that If I want my money back I have to ship back the 20kilos pottery wheel from Italy to California on my cost!!!... For a completely damaged product!!!! Thee quality is just garbage and the client service is lame so don't loose your money or your time. They will just steal your money.

Now 5 months this company will not honor agreement on refund. They play dumb. I provided bank charges and proof of purchase but will not refund.
These Chinese distributors are completely dishonest and sell inferior products. Recommend you never buy from them.

I bought the Vevor Vortex 6000 for mixing paint. The product works perfect for mixing easily my miniature paint pots. It works perfectly both with drop bottles and standard's ones. The shipping was quick and precise. I would recommend this product to people to want save time on mixing miniature colours and have a perfect result hard to achieve with manual shaking.

I already use my fridge in the van and i'm very happy with this fridge and freezer,its cooling and freezing unbelievable.

I ordered 60” bucket teeth for a tractor bucket. When it was put on the bucket it measured only 58”. Vevor requested copies of all stickers and shipping labels on the box, as well as photos after installation. The tape measure in the photo showed 58” to the end of the teeth. The technician responded “This is indeed the 60”.” WHAT??

My wife reviewed the web site and proceeded to lodge an order. The purchase price was $43.99 and it was stated that there was no shipping cost. Once the card transaction was processed the charge to her card was $225.99. My wife called Vevor and was told the difference was due to shipping costs. This is totally ridiculous. The person my wife spoke to was unsure the transaction could be cancelled. It has to be a scam to show one price in an on line web enquiry to their site and then be charged a totally different and much higher price. I have read the reviews on Trust Pilot and wonder if any of these reviews could be trusted as genuine? Now have heard from Vevor they said they are prepared to refund the payment back to the card used but we have already cancelled that card. Advised Vevor to please direct the refund direct to our bank having provided the account number and bsb. However Vevor have not acknowledged the email so we remain unsure the refund will ever be made. Our bank has these fresh details and is investigating. Last update on this is our bank did succeed in halting the transaction so the offer by Vevor to refund the payment was a ruse as they never had the funds in the first place. Just on the basis they said boldly on their web site that shipping was free and then they added near $200 onto a $44 order to cover shipping is enough to suggest buyers take real care if they intend to do business with this business.

ordered the 2500 Watt ac to dc power iinverter...it got here right on time, shipping was free and it works great--ran a 1500 heater and DVD Player at the same time for 6 hours, then after letting it recharge for about 4 hours it was good to go again ( Best results are with an industrail-style car battery) But great product--I've got 2 and so ready for the next power outage in my area!

The heater makes its job and it is useful to be used indoor also.
I installed it very easy and fast and it is working very well.

I bought an 8kw diesel heater. Unfortunately the pump was defective but using the chat I contacted the Vevor support. Once I sent them al lot of video evidence of the defective pump they finally sent me a new pump and now the device is working perfectly. Vevor can improve the speed of the support and also believe by default to the customers complaining because the unit is not working
