My recent experience with Vevor has been an absolute disaster, mainly due to their deplorable customer service. After eagerly placing an order, I was dismayed to find that the product I had been looking forward to never arrived. Weeks went by with no sign of delivery, and despite my multiple attempts to get answers from them, their only responses were requests to be patient.

What's even more frustrating is that when I finally managed to get in touch with their customer service, their response was not only slow but also devoid of any empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. Instead, they offered a paltry $10 discount as compensation, which is insulting considering the extent of the inconvenience and lack of transparency I experienced.

Overall, my relationship with Vevor has been a constant source of frustration and disappointment. Their inability to effectively handle customer issues and provide decent customer service is simply unacceptable. If you value quality customer service and want to avoid unnecessary headaches, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to fulfill your purchasing needs.

Vevor is trying to corrupt my review by offering 20 euros cash if I give a 5 stars review. What a shame! . Trust pilot should check that closer because it is a matter of trusting the reviews or not.

Nothing bad to say. All was delivered in time, super fast. The package was in good condition and as usual VEVOR product are good quality.

I will not hesitate to buy other products there!

I ordered an ultrasonic cleaner with vinyl record attachment having seen positive reviews of the product but without having previously heard of Vevor. The whole experience was very straightforward with excellent communication and very fast delivery. Packaging was very professional which is obviously important for the item I ordered. I received my order in perfect condition within a few days. I will certainly consider Vevor for future purchases :0)

I measured my boat exactly as shown in the diagram FOUR TIMES. A 11ft cable is not offered and a 12ft will still be too long so I'm going to have to order the 10 footer and hope I can get it to work. I hope it does cause it really is an easy replacement and good quality item.

Relation price/quality very good. Many articles not easy to get for a same price elsewhere and also many products that you will not find at all on other websites.

I already ordered several machines , all of which I am very satisfied with. Their price to quality ratio is very good.
I had once a problem with an ordered item ( airless paint system) due to a defective part: they reacted immediately and sent me a new machine.
This is a great service, not every company demonstrates such consumer care. Congrats!
