If you love your pet, don’t take them there!

Awful experience there. I brought my cat in with respiratory distress and they wouldn’t do anything for her until I paid! Staff are extremely toxic and all they do is try to extract money from you under the pretext of “if you love your pet you will …” I don’t need to spend $300 for a useless x-ray and expose my pet to radiation for nothing. In March, I brought my pet to an appointment and they left us sitting so long, he soiled himself. When I became upset about this as there were no emergencies, the staff got testy with me and told me not to speak to them about that. I’ve spoken with the office manager about my concerns and she told me to go elsewhere.

I emailed the head office and they replied by phone with an unknown number and a person saying Erin from Vet Strategy called. No phone number of where to reach her or when she is available. I’ve spoken to her once after emailing again about their desperate need to learn business phone etiquette, then nothing. I have called those scammers 3 times and haven’t gotten a reply. Don’t bring your pet to any of their clinics as they are all the same. They will treat you and your pet like trash and ignore your complaints completely or tell you to go. To borrow a quote from them. If you love your pet, don’t bring them here!
