VetsPrevail running a scam on vets helping vets

VetsPrevail is such a huge concept in helping vets by vets but it seems this program has lost their way in providing what is promised to vets that sign up to mentor and chat with vets. This program supposed to give rewards as in gift cards for volunteering your time to chat with vets. Each chat or question answered earns you points toward gift cards. It seems since 2018 and now 2019 the people that run the program are not adding points are giving out the rewards earned. "Their answer is the system is down" That has been their answer time and time again for the same alleged problem. Program for vets helping vets seem to be dishonest and it needs to stop
